I'm not really bothered about age diffferences in relationships as long as the 2 people involved are comfortable with it. Tom Cruise's insanity, however, is another matter.
Maybe the kid is the chosen one who will save us all from the evil Thetan threat. We can only hope.
I would love to join this but I'm in the middle of a big move and won't be on the internet as often as usual. In fact, I will probably be on quite rarely over the next month or so.
We need to start getting our band together by posting band-like photos of ourselves. I'm still waiting on some photos of me playing guitar but as soon as I get them, I'll post them here.
What we really need is a drummer. But it's no good just saying 'I'll be drummer' - we need a photo, and photoshop jobs don't count.
Computers will always declare what they are doing in big bold screen-filling text for the benefit of the audience. eg 'Copying files' 'deleting files', etc.

A few days ago I heard on the grapevine that a my ex-girlfiend (who I was a crappy boyfriend to) is in love with a new guy, and then a little later I heard the song 'Always on my mind' by Elvis. The lyrics of that song really touched me.
Maybe I didn’t treat you Quite as good as I should have Maybe I didn’t love you Quite as often as I could have Little things I should have said and done I just never took the time
You were always on my mind You were always on my mind
Maybe I didn’t hold you All those lonely, lonely times And I guess I never told you I’m so happy that you’re mine If I made you feel second best Girl, I’m sorry I was blind
You were always on my mind You were always on my mind
Anyway, I've moved on to a new and better relationship, and I'm glad she has too. I hope this new guy treats her well and isn't a dick like me.
I don't think it's neccesarily a bad thing if we were to discuss it sensibly and compassionately, and Jag's first post seemed to make the intentions of the thraed clear, but I can see your concerns Ric, and I don't think anybody wants to hear about the time when a forum member took too much acid and got butt-f**ked by an ewok.
But like I said, I don't really want to share my drug experiences (not just the experience itself but the damge and addiction that can stem from it) and I doubt many other people will eithr, so the thread will probably die all by itself.
Jag, I think this is a good thread, but I'm not sure I really want to put my drug experiences out there for everyone. Suffice it to say that drugs are bad. They can be fun, they can be useful (prescription drugs, for example) but, all in all, anyone who is reading this, please try to avoid them. Before you know it you can be on a nasty path that you never ever expected to be on. And if anyone you know is abusing drugs, try your best to stop them, but understand that they won't stop until they realise they need to stop and want to stop, so don't feel bad that you couldn't help them as long as you know you tried.

I hate the stupid American tax system where you sometimes end up paying in. So stupid. Our is much better. But I hate that we get taxed more, so in that way yours is better. Either way I hate taxes.
