Hmm, I'm not sure (and the fact that the trailer had no sound for me didn't help). Half of me agrees with Warbler, but the other half likes what it sees. Granted, trailers rarely actually show a movie for what it really is, so there's a chance this is just the action orientated trailer to get kids to go watch and the film will deliver on a Bond fan level. The black and white bits at the start of the trailer seemed to be heading in a good direction, and the poster is quite promising too:

Maybe this will please all sides?

I see Judi Dench is in the movie, presumably resuming her role as M, so is this a completely new Bond continuity or another in the series?

BTW, this is post 2566 for me. It's not a particularly significant number, but it is my 16th post today. It looks like I will have more time on my hands over the next few months than I thought, and therefore more time to post. That might change when I get to L.A and get a job, but until then..... GAFFER, YOU AND I ARE BACK ON!!

Thanks Dayv. For now I'm just planning on giving out my 3-track demo to as many people as possible and hope it finds it's way into the right hands. Eventually though yes, I would like to find some decent musicians and make a proper CD and sell it. I have lot's of songs but of the few I recorded, those 3 are the ones that came out best (performance-wise).

I'm in the process of printing up some covers, so when the job is done I will send out hard copies to anyone who wants one, and if anyone knows anyone who works at a small radio station or record company or whatever, let me know. This is going to sounded really big-headed, but those songs are just a small taste of what I can do with limited resources. I think a properly produced record with the right collaborators would be much more impressive.

Is that a CD you've recorded?
It's a 3-track demo. I have loads of songs, I recorded a handful and then chose the 3 that I feel came out best. I'm gonna try and get it out to as many people as possible, maybe get some airplay, do some gigs here and there, and see what (if anything) happens.

Thanks guys. I've got loads more but those were the only ones I recorded that I was fairly happy with the outcome. When I get some more down I'll share. In the meantime, spread the word - never know who's listening.

I can't speak portugese, but I know a lttile Italian - according to that link, Ric is the local idiot, enjoys Japanese food, is able to recite Monty Python Sketches, and has a level of insanity that would scare most of the world's psychiatrists..... Well, I already knew all that!
