^ I always used to like drunken Ben Kenobi in the Adam and Joe show
He must be great to have around as a creative consultant, he is the guy who created this universe in the first place, so he is the one you're turning to whenever you have any questions regarding what works and what is not in the SW-universe - he's the expert. You cannot do anything silly like putting jetpacks on Artoo for example, as it breaks the in-universe rules established by the previous films. Those sort of things.
Lol. Awesome !

Does the Star Wars stage still exist?
I was there last year for the Star Wars event. Most of the stages are still there but some were demolished some time back. A huge supermarket now stands where the Ewok Village once stood so you need to head for the fishcounter in the store for that spot !
The event was held in stage 7.This Stage was home to: The Lar's Kitchen, The Anchorhead Power Station and Ben Kenobi's house.
In Return of the Jedi: Jabbas dungeon corridor, cell and boiler room, Rancor pit and holding tunnel.

Great pics.
Looks like the book is still due for October release, although it has been moved forward a week to 1st October.
I met Ray a couple of times. Once I asked him a question about an effect.
I asked him how was the effect created in that, if someone throws an object from a live action plate into an effect plate does the object stay in the air. He said it was magic. He was right.

Awesome ! I was looking at these releases only yesterday.
Are they even available anymore? I have seen Vol 1 but the rest are elusive it seems.
Love the original 78' series, which I have just finished watching through again.
I still have the hots for Lt. Sheba.
I enjoyed the new Battlestar series and attended a few conventions but have not seen the series since the original airing.
I have been contacted by Miss Tina as well. Oh, baby !!
Blood of Dracula's Castle full movie
Wow ! Fantastic. Those explosions look real.
I will be seeing this tomorrow. Looking forward to it.

Oh no. I met him a few years back.
Sad news.
Reading Marvel's new Age Of Ultron series. Just read #3(of 12).
Pretty grim so far but good reading. Ultron has taken over, and devastated the world. The last surviving heroes have retreated underground, while Ultron's many guard units patrol the ruins of New York. Instantly put me in mind of 'The Terminator' film.

not screaming rebellious heavy metal music that only gives you a headache
Lol !
^ Oh yeah, The Humanoid. That is jammed full of Star Wars ideas.
Lucas never asked Dykstra back after Battlestar. Probably a bit sore over him using equipment that was created using the Star Wars budget.
Anyone know what actually went on in 1978, when Fox/Lucasfilm issued a lawsuit against Universal over Battlestar Galactica ?
Was it similarities to Star Wars that had Lucasfilm and Fox riled or John Dykstra taking effects ideas over to Universal ?
What ever it was all about seemed to go on until about 1982.
Who won out in the end?
Wow ! I would love this...
