You were never "hired" by the Manglers, nor by me. You were subcontracted on an "as needed" basis. Remember? That does not make you an employee. You have no benefits nor legal claim to anything Mangler oriented. You were just brought in to fulfill the occasional contract job. Now go out and look up contract jobs and read about how they work. All you get from us is an occasional paycheck as jobs permit. No insurance, no protection, no avowal of your existence by founding Mangler members, not even a friggin' business card.

Anyone can attack the Mangler HQ if they want. We were in the process of relocating. You were "defending" a shell. An empty husk that once was our HQ. We felt the need to move because we weren't sure if we could trust our contract employees. There was a mole on the "inside". We needed to provide a test to our contracts. And your overeagerness to take the reins of the company just proves to us who we cannot trust.

First off the person you just shot was a clone and not the real Warbler Second is it overeagerness to want to protect and defend Mangler Bro HQ from its enemies? I think not.
Third, you say I was subcontracted and have no legal claim to anything Mangler oriented. But what about this statment made by Dayv when he was considering people for the
TMB:

He said he wouldn't rule me out. But If I had no legal clain to anything Mangler oriented and was just subcontracted, then how is it possible that I would not have been ruled out of consideration for the TMB? No, the only way I could have possibly been considered for the TMB is if I was considered an employee by Dayv. Since he at the time he thought I was an employee, I say that gave me the right to take over in the emergency situation. I would be interested in an opinion from the legal department(Gundark) on this situation. I would still be willing to turn power over to Motti if he shows up a passes a DNA test(provided of course that he doesn't side with Dayv before I turn power over to him)
Finaly, I am sorry but I do not believe your clains that the emergency situation was merely a test.

Bossk I urge you to surrender before its too late.

Do not question it. Dayv's back. And he's watching you all. And I still back his decisions and will play second gun in his road trips. So watch it.


This is most unfortunate to hear. *sigh* You have sided the Dayv The Traitor. This is my take on what has happened:

Motti diapeared for a time. Dayv gave Bossk temp powers. Then Motti reappeared, and Bossk stepped down from being the TMB(thus Bossk has no power now). But then all members of Mangler Bro INC disapeared save one: me. Then the Enemies of Mangler Bro Inc(Shim, Chaltab and Sessler) united and attacked Mangler Bro HQ. They even held it for awhile. With no other members around, I did the only thing I could do: invoke emergency powers and take command. I did this and defeated the enemies of Mangler Bro Inc and kicked them out of Mangler Bro HQ. Then Dayv reappeared, but was it the real Dayv or a trick by the enemies of Mangler Bro Inc? With this in mind, I took the only course open to me: I sought proof that the Dayv that reappeared was the one and only Dayv. The proof I sought was logical: a DNA match. I got a sample and sent to a lab to be checked. I intended to step down and turn all power over to Dayv if the DNA matched. But Dayv was unwilling to wait for the lab results. He got angry and made threats. I was forced to place guards around Dayv or perhaps just someone who claimed he was Dayv. Then, Shockingly Dayv destroyed Mangler Bro HQ. I ask you, would someone who is not a traitor, someone who is loyal to Mangler Bro Inc do this? I think not. He left me no choice but to banish him and list him and all who follow him as traitors and enemis to Mangler Bro Inc. Now Bossk has aligned himself with Dayv. Bossk, you leave me no choice: I ban from you Mangler Bro Inc and list you as traitor and enemy of same. I deeply regret that it has come to this. I only hope Motti, Gundark and RRS will see my side of things. But either way I will lead Mangler Bro Inc to victory over her enemies. I swear it.
