Well OK, that's true.
So would you change cars in any way or would you just leave them as they are?
Well OK, that's true.
So would you change cars in any way or would you just leave them as they are?
OK, but now you've got to think about the consequences of that. If you can change everything you want, aren't you going to get bored?
But with the copyright thing, what would you change about it? Would you make it only last a certain number of years or would you do away with it all together or ?

Let me tell you. As long as the admins opinion of
socks
is going to be a negative one (pun not intended), There's no harm in doing so. (SPOILERS!)
A few days before "Team_Ender has fallen", I PMed Jay to ask about sock puppet accounts and banning rules
, had I gotten permission, I would have made a sock puppet account named Project_MSB (with an underscore, but you might not be able to tell that with this black background), using a proxy to make it less obvious where I was typing from. The MSB is "supposed" to stand for Managing Source Building, and the sock would have presented itself as an alternative to Github. Some of you would think I was a spambot, while others might have guessed at my true identity because MSB can also stand for Magic School Bus. Eventually I would have said that I was responsible for most of the hacking attempts on originaltrilogy.com and demanded that you move your site to my (nonexistent) database. If that didn't get my sock banned, I would have revealed my true identity and call myself the leader of Species 8472. I would have assumed that this whole thread would have died shortly afterward, but not before revealing that I never really hacked the site.
I might have made a comment under the lines of "Did that make you uncomfortable? Now you know who the Team_Ender business made me feel
Had I been given the go ahead for my plan to start, how would you have reacted?
It would have been a blast to see it, but I think it would just have made Team_Ender stronger as all the concerned citizens fled to them for safety lol
.<--period
I don't know how good the internet service is down there lol!
Thanks buddy! Really glad to see you're OK enough to be here even if you're not completely healed. I know what it's like, I really do. Just tell me if it gets real bad and I'll remind you about what a great guy you are even if you don't always see it.
I know you'd do the same for me!
well i guess i'm in trouble for a lot of these lol
Make the thread actually self-destruct?
You would hardly need traffic lights either because all busses could be set up on routes that would make it so they'd never have to turn left and they could be spaced so that they would reach traffic lights at the optimum times to avoid stopping (or just putting stops right at the intersections anyway).
One problem is that the bus driver's union could become the most powerful thing in the world lol!
And because roads wouldn't need to be so big to accomodate so many individual travelers they wouldn't need to cost as much. In fact they could all be underground for all it mattered because there wouldn't be as many interchanges needed.
But what about grocery shopping and stuff? How do you lug all that stuff home? Would that mean buying less at a time? If so would that mean having to go more often? So then a lot more time spent shopping I guess.
I like the idea that everyone would be buying more locally too. But how would people get out of a small town when they wanted? I guess we'd need more regular trains.
Still a lot of things could end up not as needed as we once thought so maybe we would not need to travel around as much on shopping trips.
I'm not sure it would save a lot of commute time because instead of traffic jams there would just be time spent waiting at train stops to catch transfers and stuff, but maybe the trains could just run super fast to make up for it?
I don't know what other bad things might come of it, but it sounds interesting!

Sorry Duracell, I missed my period again
It could be that he made you pregnant! You better check it out.
Yeah, that was the bad bit I was laughing about. <--period included for reference

Yes, we could instead trade in dried leaves. How about something like three major deciduous forests buying one peanut.
lol!

OK I'm giving you god-like powers for a minute. What would you change?
I would change that one minute you gave me into eternity.
lol that would be cheating! And we're supposed to be making the world a better place!
OK, now that you have infinite powers aren't you afraid of getting bored? Like playing a game on cheat mode?
So what would be your first change?

I'd transport most modern mainstream "musicians" directly into the heart of the sun.
Well this looks interesting. Why would you do that? Would it be to make room at the recording studios for better artists or to create a really spectacular fireworks display?
How would you motivate them to do it for free? Or would you just wish people were motivated to do stuff for free and people simply wouldn't need to use money as a natural consequence?

Ban owning cars.
There are no drawbacks, only benefits.
OK, this is interesting.
Would you replace them with something else like trams or trains or buses or would it just be bicycles for everyone?
Would companies still be allowed trucks to make deliveries?
OK, that's a good start. Would you imagine an alternate economy (like barter) instead or would you want people to get used to doing stuff for each other for free?
OK I'm giving you god-like powers for a minute. What would you change?
Hey you can't sign your name after the thread self-destructs! I'm calling BS!
;-) <--see Danfun, a winky it saves us all lots of sadness.

Oh I discovered this about the all in one bathroom from the future in The Sims 3. If you don't know what it is about this picture that is awesome, then shame on you!
Haha the 3 seashells! Cute!

Oh and if anyone is wondering here is the outcome of letting this guy run a daycare. The really messed up part is that some of the parents brought their kids back the next day.
That is too funny!
*Applause* (from those of us in the background with nothing to say)

I return...only to say that I can't return yet because Frink still refers to himself as Team Olie. Goodbye *SLAM*
Oh come on Danfun, are you kidding us? You need to put the winky face there so we can know for sure! I don't want you going away mad because you are thinking something's wrong when it isn't, but right now you've been told a lot of times it was a joke so you must realize that. This means you are kidding now, but don't forget that we might not realize it either. So put your smileys where they belong and come back here and play!
Homeroom. I loved that show for some reason.

So here is a philosophical consideration to be shared...if one were to determine that one's existence in the world were actually a detriment to one's own entourage, while equally considering that one's absence might pose a different problem of similar magnitude is it more noble to stay the course or abandon ship...?
For example, if one were to discover that one was an insatiable gambler whose persistent existence could only ruin normal familial stability, while at the same time recognize that one's absence would allow for one's newborn child to grow up without a close paternal figure is it preferable to cede to the demands of the present or to linger still further to accomplish the goals of a future tense?
To clarify, in the above scenario there can be no realistic thought of a cure for the disease in question and no real doubt as to the eventual discord with which the child might grow to view the one who lingered on seemingly for his/her sole benefit...thus given that both paths end in pain is it best to cut it to the quick so that it might be swiftly done, but be long in duration; or is it preferable to allow this given harm to fester, however allowing that any eventual parting might be considered more of a final blessing than a curse...?
OK maybe I'm not getting something, but why doesn't the gambler just tell his family he has a problem and get help? What's keeping him from doing that? Is it his own pride? If its his pride then he's at fault for whatever happens. It seems like he should be able to just face his problems instead of choosing between two types of running away (either permanently or continuously by being in denial).
Also, are you talking about yourself? Do you like to gamble and you just don't want to come out and say it or what?
And Warbler I think you did a great job assimilating everyone lol! I'm sorry I missed it all.
