I think they forgot to mute it. It's a bit garbled because its just onset audio but i clearly hear him say "he fucking bit me."

Man, what I wouldn't have given to hang out on set with Hamill, Ford and Fisher...

You know that famous behind the scenes shot of them tooling around the Death Star in full costume and Ford is having a smoke? I'd love to hang out with them at that time, before they were all (in)famous and just having fun. Besides, is it just me or is 1977 Carrie Fisher WAY hotter than 1983 Carrie Fisher...to think she dumped Dan Akroyd for that little troll Paul Simon...

So is the break dancing Yoda now part of SW canon then? The article said George liked it after all, and it made the official DVD release.

What were your original expectations for the PT?
Time
^ 1997 was a great year for Star Wars, or at least it seemed that way.

The SE's were just that, at the time. We had no idea that these would be a springboard to eventually replace the original trilogy as we all remembered it.

The theatres were full of eager fans, there were new toys out, cool new Star Wars merchandise, and it was AWESOME.

Then it came to light that these SE's were tests to see how much audiences would endure, and here we are.

I don't blame Star Wars fans for being upset, I just think that there are better ways to channel that into something more productive.

I've noticed that when connecting via the Nintendo USB adapter, the Wii can get a little...tempermental.

I've had limited connection issues over the last couple of days, which is why I aske you the questions I did.

My solution, and it seems to work, is to go into the Wii menu and confirm all of your connection settings and perform the connectivity test under "Internet."

Also, you can check your PC. If you have the Wii Connect 24 enabled (which you should) in Windows XP a message will pop up every few minutes to let you know that a user is connected to the Nintendo Wi-Fi service. That's your Wii. I like seeing the message because it's sort of assurance.

I am a gypsy. And despite your "no offense" I still feel very offended. I am thinking of leaving actually. Thinking Posting a goodbye thread. Seeing if anybody really wants me here. I might even stay gone for two whole days before coming back too.

What were your original expectations for the PT?

My expectations were generally met, as I had been following production of each of them and sort of had a rough idea of what we were headed for.

Look...they're movies, right? We've spent how long now bitching about them? What were we going to do with the minimum 6 total hours we've spent watching them? Work? School? Worry about money? Worry about love? Politics? Famine? Natural disaster?

There's bigger things than the Star Wars prequels to complain about, and yet here were are. I swear, the amount of keystokes that have been spent bitching about Star Wars could have been put to way better use.

I am having a TON of problems with the Wi-Fi connection for my Wii. It's really irritating me. Not sure if it's a problem with the hub itself or my pc. Grrrr

Proximity? USB 2.0? Problem with the adapter itself, or the Wii connecting? Cordless phone interference?

Just trying to help you out here...

According to Lucas your appearance as a Jedi Spirit is the way you were at your purest...

So, technically the spirit should be Jake Llyod, which would have been wizard, man.

The dungeon design in ALTTP is so intuitively done, that even when you do die and start in the first room it's relatively easy to get back to where you were. All of the doors you unlocked (with keys) remain open so you can usually just use the Pegasus boots and run through.

For those of you that haven't played Zelda II, you have no idea how easy you've got it, right now. Jesus, wait till that game comes out on the VC. I think I left my NES on for a month finishing that game.

That gets me to thinking. What are the crown jewels in your gaming crown? Let's keep it to 5 "achievements" in your gaming history that you are most proud of. Here's mine.

1) Finishing 'Zelda II'
2) Finishing 'Halo' on Legendary
3) Beating 'Golden Axe' in the arcade for under $10
4) Finishing 'Ninja Gaiden' (Xbox, but on lowest difficulty setting - still hard!)
5) Finishing 'SMB 3' for the first time.
