After the movie, I drove four hours to Vegas, slept for three hours in my car, and got up to film a wedding (my job at the time). After the wedding I went to see TPM again.

For all intents and purposes The Cage was a failure but the episode IS available on bluray already if people are desperate. It would be far more effort than it would be worth.

I think the majority would consider 2016 to be the real 50th Anniversary.

Following that, why not go back to the 50th Anniversary of when Roddenberry came up with the idea? Or when he wrote the theme song lyrics? Of his first draft of THE Star Treak: The Adventures of James Kirkkiller.

I wouldn't say I'm worried. 

If ST3 takes a couple more years to come out and its good, that's better than more crap coming out in 2016. 

Maybe it will never come out. Still not worried. STID didn't leave me desperately wanting more.

Other than that, VHS tapes taped off HBO that my wealthier cousins taped for me.

BATMAN: ASSAULT ON ARKHAM

I find the recent DC superhero cartoons kinda bleh... but this one was kind of a hoot. Lots of actions, plot twists, characters. A whiz-bang (but gritty and adult content) superhero action movie.
