skim this video of one of his self-described “devotees” and looks at the comments

The first rule of Youtube is: never watch YouTube

If you think I’m watching that Arnold clip because I pretty much click everything no matter what, you’re right.

Until they actually meet, NK has done nothing different than they’ve done a bunch of times before. The only difference so far is that the President said yes.

You mean aside from dismantling a nuclear test site, which satellite imagery shows they’re doing?

I’m not going to claim this is fact, but I swear that on one of the political podcasts I listen to they reported that the site was basically collapsing in on itself anyway so they just did it to get the brownie points.

Maybe 25 years of doing basically nothing got us…basically nothing. Other than a North Korean nuclear weapons program, of course.

Did I say Trump shouldn’t talk with them? I fully support it. One of the very few (possibly only) things I think he’s done right.

The negotiations will continue. I wouldn’t be surprised if these “cancellations” were prearranged.

You’re veering off into conspiracy talk there.

Although Trump is our first reality show / nothing is real / only ratings matter President, so what the hell, you’re probably right.

There are the public negotiations, and then there are the private negotiations over how the negotiations will be presented to the public and the rest of the world.

I take it you’re involved it the private negotiations then.

Even basic business negotiations involve setting the stage and making sure everyone comes out looking good. I’ve never been involved in a political negotiation, but I’m assuming the basic concepts are the same.

Have you been involved in basic business negotiation with the two craziest people on the planet?

Although that may be unfair to the North Korean guy I suppose. Not really sure.

We’ll see how it all plays out.

Jay is Trump sock confirmed.

All this is predicated on the notion that Donald Trump has any idea what he’s doing. He’s made clear time and time again that he does not understand any of the issues that he tweets about. I guarantee he couldn’t even name all three dictators that North Korea has had in its existence, or the terms of the ceasefire, etc. etc.

To be clear when I said this is the first thing he’s done correctly, that’s based on the assumption that someone else will actually be in charge of the negotiation and he’ll be playing golf with porn stars while it’s happening.

I hope golf isn’t a euphemism.

I’m sure the porn stars hope that too.

Solo reactions coming in, all positive so far, which probably means it’s safe to assume people on this site will hate it.

Don’t cut yourself on that edge, pal.

I’m reading that it’s clunky, but finds it way once the main plot kicks in. Excited, but also nervous about it as well.

Sorry, I meant to say everyone here will love it, as is always the case.

Just catching up…

Lol.
