Hi guys I just noticed something about the cover I made
The one I uploaded Doesn't have the ( IV ) on the Spline and doesn't have the ADY logo on the front and on the Spline like it does in this image

Thanks man But there are some few Touches I did on that Cover like replacing the death star, Light-sabre, adding the millenium falcon and messing about with some of the colours like for instance making the main characters clothing Black and white so there faces stood out, But I didn't want to change it too much as I still wanted the old Classic look of the poster just Updated,, Like ADYWAN did with his Film


By the way where are all the featuers in the mesg area here when you write a Mesg for making the certain words bold, putting in a link etc etc?

Iv been actually following this thread from the very beginning I just don't write much on here as People have already said what i want to say and plus they do a better explaining it, but I have been messaging ADY from time to time but mostly just before i created his logo, I did it just as a Thank-you for all his work, as I didn't have anything to give him I thought that would be perfect, and I'm happy that he liked it,
the best part was that he used it in front of his actual EDIT and what bigger compliment can I ask for

well i think its great what you've done with the comparison and also great that you've got yourself on the creadits :-)
don't know if you've seen the ADywan 3D logo at the beginning of the DVD 5 version of star wars but I made that and he added the Star wars various x-wings and Tie's which i thought he did brilliantly

Here is my Version Of the Cover
I changed teh Death star and Vaders Sabre
also added the Falcon and made most of the image Black and white on the front,
just picked out certain parts to remain color..

ADY i mesged you about a week and a half ago to find out what detail are of the disk
so I can print that on the back,
so if you have that info, that would be great

I once saw a file on here that you uploaded it was of Alderan explosion which also showed
the ground view of Alderan exploding with jar jar!!!!
HAVE you taken that out?
cos i loved that shot,,,

I hate it when you see a Trailer and you wanna see more DAMN
Apart from that it looks amazing I looking forward to the end Battle Sequence
never liked some of the model shots that were originally used
anyway once again, your work on this project has been outstanding

Sky - you do great cover designs my friend. I am so glad to see you do a 'RTJ' one. I did indeed use your 'BE' for my own copy. Just one thing, that link to your 'BE' covers is wrong. It shows the 'Building Empire Strikes Back' covers that were later corrected to 'Building Empire'.

Its funny you should say that I was using that pic, But I saw yours and we both was using the same pic
So the one i used was half a pic from a painting and i had to make the rest in Photoshop,
I think me and you are working on the same line
Pm me your email and i will send you that image i made with the original one..

its reason why i like this site when everyone comes together

Congratulations on completing this Doc
I'm so sorry for talking so long in getting back to you
I see there are some great COVERS some of the guys have made
Below is my attempt at this, its not completed as yet should be done in a day or 2
also ignore the back of the cover as it hasn't come out the way i want it and the Episode 5 (v) on the side Spline
this is because I'm using the same Template i used for Building Empire, as i wanted them to look similar

just like Erikstormtrooper have no problem with your shots
i think there great, i loved the footage you have done and watched it a few times
some people i think complain too much and some stuff they say i think to myself
are ridiculous as what they ask, as some stuff is impossible to do as the only footage you
have is what is available on the DVD's

anyway i think its great work so far
i do read this thread regularly
just don't comment as much
but i am following this thread
and cant wait
