Just downloaded and watched.

I think that your monument is lit "too perfectly".  Notice the use of shadow on the 20th Century Monument below.

Also, there's something about the *texture that doesn't seem right.  It comes off to me as shiny plastic rather than shiny marble.  Again, see below.

Well That is Right I wanted it to look Same but Different in the sense that the 20th Century Fox log is Marble or Stone, I wanted this to look more like Metal, as I like reflections of Objects, maybe when I complete it all, I may not look right and I may go back to Marble or something that looks like Stone

Yes you are correct there is a jump that's because it takes 8 hours to render and for the last 2 or 3  secs of the animation I cut to a rendering I did earlier, just because this was a draft kinda version and was no point rendering the full.

Once Im happy with everything it will be one full render with no cuts

The fox logo can have a transition from normal to icy one like we see in many movies now. Or instead of all shinny the bottom part that supports the letters can be like yavin textured.(rocks etc)

I was thinking of that you know adding snow or something,

there is something out there for 3DMAX for Ice etc that adds Ice/Snow called dream Scape, I think when I get all the textures and everything fine for this first stage I can mess with snow idea later, as ADY has a good few months on his Project so I have time

Yeah I need to improve on that spin turns to robotic, The sound I nicked off YOUTUBE LOL cos Im lazy like that I need to get good quality shit, music that is, and the sounds for the Xwing are crap too got them off some site really bad quality the mix does need fine tuning but I was quite happy in the way the 20th C Fox theme mixed with the theme, only thing was i had crap quality sound to work with.

Hi GUYS thanks for your compliments regarding that Intro thing I did.

Iv had another attempt at it thanks to  vaderios-Angel for the links he provided.

I changed the Music to the Emperor's theme but I didn't wanna get rid of the 20th Century fox music so then I kinda remixed it, Used my old D-jaying skill but I think I got Carried away, but I also cut them Emperor's theme just using the intro and outro off that track...

THIS IS NOT FINAL VERSION as the the X Wing textures are not Complete so the rendering on that looks shit..

I still need to replace the SKY and also the city lights as they look crap

I spent most time animating the X-wing movement cos I wanted to add I slight Wobble to it.

I would really wish I have Vray for 3Dmax 2010 but i don't have it

I was wondering I I should make the background into a Star-field

and also in the end shot when the camera stops the Death star on the top left.. or instead of that have a X-wing parked on somewhere there, but making them would take o much time unless someone has a 3D max file or knows of a link where to get one
