You're not the only one!
You're not the only one!
Maybe the rumored Obi Wan film will shed light on where he got Ben from.
My bad.
And a Jedi knight having a son doesn't seem all that unusual in the OT. ;)
Yes, but George was able to copyright droid. All he had to do was chop off the a and the n. Who knows how much Motorola pays Lucasfilm just to use it?

We love how "clone trooper" and stormtroopers" have been trademarked.

Pretty sure stormtrooper always had a trademark beside it in old Kenner catalogs.
You're thinking of Futurama...

It's directly related to Frink's post. ;)

There could have been propaganda value in the "lone loyal Jedi", who died saving Palpatine from the evil Mace Windu and the other traitors? That would make Anakin's legacy of dubious value to the Rebellion.
Maybe Vader develops a sort of split personality to cope with the guilt of the terrible things he's done? In the Star Wars novel he actually ruminates on the destruction of Alderaan, almost as if he regrets it, before reminding himself it was a planet of traitors too.
Lucas is supposed to have talked to psychologists in developing the OT, so that may have figured into Vader's mindset and motivations.
Perhaps you should forgo any extras besides your usual technical notes?
Is this going to have a Laserdisc stereo track like PSB?
Would it have sold for a minimum of $500 or was there a higher price that needed to met? I think the estimates are a little inflated thanks to TFA fever.
Hope it gets relisted eventually.
Yes, it's too bad they aren't a member here. ;)
I'm impressed there are already fan made helmets for sale on Ebay. I guess the displays at Celebration helped out with the photo references.
They forgot to put in Dr. Reinhardt and Maximillian...
Well, that was a sharp decline in sanity. ;)
What the heck was that? A zoom into Sauron's eyeball?
Like many 80's programs, G.I. Joe was edited on standard definition broadcast videotape. And that's what being used for the DVD releases. Whether the film elements still exist is anyone's guess.
I think MOTU was edited on film, but all the current video releases come from older video masters.
LOL! And I see some foreshadowing of what Yoda will be like after twenty years living alone on Dagobah. ;)
Are you saying you know where to get a 16mm print of these? The movie just came out on Blu Ray, but no bonus features to speak of.
I briefly had the old Laserdisc, and it was a pretty bad transfer. You could see that some of the stock footage they used of sailing ships was hard matted though.
Revenge of the film projectionists!

Anybody notice the 1970's style Warner Bros. logo on ads for that Magic Mike movie?
It's a joke, and I'm not laughing.
It's not Valentines Day...
I know! Every time I watch A View To A Kill, I'm like, "You've killed Steed! You bastards!" I was really upset by that the first time I ever saw it.
Even when he played evil incarnate on Battlestar Galactica, he was charming.
