I wouldn’t be surprised if Jack is dead at the end (and Ashi takes his place or something), but yeah I think they’ve probably done their service to the harakiri/seppuku possibility. Which is pretty cool honestly because it’s such a big part of samurai culture but was obviously never even something that would have been so much as mentioned on the show when it was more kid-aimed.

Not to mention evil spirits trying to drive the hero into committing it.

Not sure I like the severed head assassin robot shtick. And the penis joke just seemed gratuitous. I almost did a spit take when I heard it.
The flashbacks and references to past episodes was cool. I don’t think I ever caught the one with the never-ending dance rave people though.
And just who was that mysterious creature giving directions outside the bar?

The really big issue the show has tapdanced around from the beginning is if Jack succeeds, the Aku “future” ceases to exist, or is overwritten. None of Jack’s allies will remember him, if they exist at all?

After seeing the Satanist/atheist version of The Ministry/Crucifixion ON RESSURECTION SUNDAY, I hope the Vatican keeps O’Reilly until they all go off to Hell.

What the heck are you rambling on about??

I’m not sure there is such a thing as the “Satanist/Atheist version of the Crucifixion”. I mean, what?!? …Unless you’re talking about the film “The Last Temptation of Christ”. Yes, that film is all kinds of straight up wrong. But then, if you object to it, why would you watch it? And on Easter Sunday?

Even so, what does Easter have anything to do with Bill O’Reilly and why should “the Vatican keep [him]”?!?

Maybe it has something to do with one of Bill’s books?

Break it up, or get a room.

Several other people have expressed the same idea I have but for some reason I’m the only one he has a problem with.

But you are the one being obnoxious. And you either know this and are playing dumb, or you’re actually dumb.

How was he obnoxious in asking a legitimate question? If you know what sort of pact Disney entered into with Lucas with regards to the OOT, enlighten us, because we’re not privy to it.

There likely will not be an official release of the Star Wars trilogy on home video until the copyrights expire and we get a good public domain release.

But who here has time to wait for the end of western civilization?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_domain_film :

Due to the U.S. Copyright Term Extension Act, no more films will automatically enter public domain in the United States until January 1, 2019, when the copyright will expire on films released in 1923 (and in 2020 films from 1924, and so on).

Isn’t Disney the king of keeping IP’s private though? Mickey Mouse…

I wasn’t disputing at all that this would happen fairly close to when the sun explodes, just that this is how long we’ll have to wait, regardless of how long the wait is.

Which means only this guy will ever be able to watch the OOT. 😉

FTFY

Does the sun go supernova in that episode? 😉
