IIRC, the Wilhelm scream was a running sound mixer’s gag long before Star Wars. Ben Burtt merely made it his signature.

Watch enough 50’s horror/sci fi cheese and you’ll hear the same woman’s scream almost every time.

I am glad those three guys got released though. (Even if it was the usual NK buttering up ploy.) Hopefully nobody will be dumb enough to visit NK unless they are a diplomat in the future. Hawaii is a far safer place to visit by comparison at the moment.
