STAR WARS: EP V "REVISITED EDITION"ADYWAN - 12GB 1080p MP4 VERSION AVAILABLE NOW
Time

I should look it up. I still remember the first time I went to open a program and the screen went black, then some box popped open (which ANYONE could choose to open or cancel). I thought 'what is this nonsense?'

Then there was the time where it went black and stayed black... >:-(

Yeah, what's the deal with that anyway? I [almost don't, but sort of do] understand how it could be useful in some cases, but for someone like me, who is the only person who uses my computer, why do I need to do all this extra stuff just to get into a program? :p

Star Wars Redemption: Episode 1 (Rendering final cut!) (* lost project *)

It's not about overlay in Renascent, it's more about where and when to put it so that overlay/bleedthrough isn't suhc an issue. For example, there are some scenes that are played in slow motion for dramatic effect, and when you do that, you can put whatever music you want there. He did a nice job with audio replacement overall.

Well, despite seeing a bunch of PT edits now, I still can't quote 5 sentences from them, so I'm not exactly a person that knows them inside-out. I guess that kinda hurts any reviews I might make other than just watching them.

In this case, I guess I'd just think about the Reborn or Renascent projects and do something similar. It's just hard to make it a lot different. (I don't know the music from the PTs very well either, so when someone substitutes one orchestral number for another, I don't even notice sometimes) Radically different would be good, but how, I dunno. Maybe if you ask nicely, Adywan will tell you what he plans to do when he tears apart the PT. Haha.

I'd like no speed up, please. :p Most people had the proper running speed cuz most of us just had the VHS for our region anyway.

In keeping with the feeling of the 80s, I'd definitely also go 4:3. Using [one of] the CBS/Fox logo[s] would be awesome, too. Either is good:

1983: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3rV5PtTn6ec&NR=1
1984: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=InQVZm60QGA&feature=related

It's too bad you couldn't use VHS to edit with, but if filters and such can reproduce the look accurately, I can see how it would be easier to play with beforehand.
