I totally understand where you're coming from with your view, but to me, having been thinking about this for a bit now, I might compare it to something I know I've done many times. I'll bump my elbow on something or cut my finger and immediately say 'ow', even if it doesn't hurt whatsoever. It's just a natural reaction. Or it's like when people are at a baseball game and see a ball coming towards them. They are behind thick, strong netting, but they still flinch.

Could be viewed that way with Vader, I think. I mean, he wouldn't normally have any reason to react in such a way in day to day life. It's not like stormtroopers whack him with sticks when he walks down the hallways.

Might sound dumb, but I look forward to seeing fix number two the most. I love to see jump cuts smoothed. :)

In the first one, I like both, but I think I like the original better. Just part of Vader seemingly going out of his way to lure Luke in.

In the second one, it's neat, but the final one makes it look like it's snowing outside. I think in that case the blue is good.

The wobbly panels didn't bother me too much. That looks to be what would happen to them anyway. (sort of thin, untethered sheets of plastic/glass) Plus, the Hoth base looks even more slapped together than the one on Yavin. Heh.

One thing I'm sure Ady will do with those panels is add something like graphics to them so they don't look so lifeless. At least when they're not wobbling.

Yeah, shipping is funny sometimes. I've sent things within the country that took over a week, but then sent something out of the country and it took half the time, even with standard shipping. It's quite unpredictable sometimes.

Things are rolling merrily along on Part 2, folks. I've already submitted final corrections/suggestions for Ep. 4 and will have the Ep. 5 and 6 test divxes soon enough. Shouldn't be too long before the whole shebang is finished after that, I dare say. :)

Nice job, Bingo! I'm guessing vaderios is talking about the zooming in, which I don't have a problem with. It works simply to get the point across. A little dramatic music would help, too.

These new ideas are really cool. Do you think it could be done only with existing footage and audio of the actors? Maybe some lines would have to be delivered where you can't see their mouths, like from behind or off-screen.
