***The Custom DVD Cover Request Thread***
Time
Since there have been no CUSTOM cover requests I’ll make the first one.....

I need ALL of the DARTHVONG Halloween Custom DVD Covers.

YES, I have found them on some of the pay DVD covers sites (I'd pay to join but I can barely feed my kids to be honest) and I’ve found a few of his/her older ones on some of the free sites but they are LOW quality covers (they’ve all been less then 300 pixels ).

SO, if you have the high resolution versions PLEASE hook me up!!

And for incentive… if you can get me the covers I’ll send you 3-5 DVD’s from my collection!!

I am looking for the Superman font ?

Sorry to break it to you but there is no such font; The Superman S shield and the Superman logo you pictured is hand done TYPOGRAPHY at its FINEST!!

When the Superman logo was made there wee no PC's, folks still did manual layout and typesetting on a desk or drafting table!

MAYBE someone has hand drawn the fonts and has scanned them into TTF files (we can only hope that someone has done this!)

Hi there gang!

I started this thread as I've noticed that a lot of folks have been asking for links and some have been asking for custom cover to be made so I figured it was time for yet another thread…

This time the thread is made specifically for requesting custom DVD covers and disc art!!

So, now you have one single tread to post all of your request

AND, if you would like to display and make your covers available to other fans be sure to check out Coov’s great Custom DVD Cover Showcase Thread.

I know that you've been told this before and I'm honestly not trying to be a dick here but...

YOU really should try to use Google before you post a silly question - AND you did mention Target so try this... TARGET.COM

But, to be cool and answer your question - Your local Wal-Mart has a Pioneer for about $200 and CompUSA has a Lite-On for about $170 both are fair units and should work well (and the Lite-on can be hacked to remove Macrovision and Region Codes )

There really is no need to do another set with several already in existence. Supposedly the show is going to be released officially next year, but until an affirmative statement is issued, it's just hearsay.

The very same set then

ADM & the Forum,

I just watched the Pearl Harbor: ADigitalMan's "Strength And Honor" Edit and DAMN - Great work man GREAT work!

Having NOT seen the film before as I heard it was way to much like Titanic but I watched it with my brother who was forced to see it in the theater and even he dug on it!

This is being bumped up for upload FOR SURE!!!!!

I had a 10 disc version of this that I sent off to my brother... the quality was about A-/B+ for most episodes, most of were made from FIRST gen VHS captures (so NO video sync errors as I know tha cat that transfered them uses a Broadcast TBC and Proc Amp) and some SVHS tapes - I'll see about getting a set again from him again (my brothers set had stickers on them so half will not copy )

cheap and good Epson ink

CIS set-ups are GREAT and VERY little needs to be done other then the initial 30 min hook-up

But, yes BEFORE I went CIS I used this ink for about 8 months out of the 60+ carts I had gotten only 2 were bad but I had replacements in 4 days - Very good colors and the black is black not dark grey (like HP carts) and they seem to be NEW carts each time I've got them(not refilled carts) I still have 2 full sets of carts (JUST in case my CIS ever fails ) - If you don't print a ton of pictures or DVD covers/cases I would at least try these carts - You really can't beat $14 for a full set of carts!
