I'm sorry, I'm sorry!
I'm sorry, I'm sorry!
You've been hiccuping since last night, or you're aware of the issue?

Why does Warbler need to defend a position. He just wants to celebrate his religion. Why is there any need to try to belittle him?
Because he's "celebrating" his "religion" on an unmoderated chat board, by posting a bunch of anodyne, stilted iconographic pseudo-art according to some obsessive "schedule" he cooked up for himself (probably while self-flagellating in the throes of a late-night chat-board dust-up).
If that ain't asking for a-teasin', I just don't know what is.
If you call millennia-old Christian tradition something he "cooked up for himself," then sure, I guess that's what it is. I don't know why so many people have a problem with this.
He cooked up the compulsive "schedule" himself, not the goofy "religion". That was cooked up by some deranged goat-herders like two thousand years ago.
Quite the goat-herders, if that be the case...
His "compulsive 'schedule'" is at least mostly not his own invention. There is no real established tradition for what is remembered from Holy Monday to Holy Wednesday, it is true, but the preceding Palm Sunday has long been a celebration of Jesus' entry into Jerusalem, and at least one of the gospels reports that he caused a commotion in the Temple shortly afterward. Thursday to Sunday have well-established traditions, most of which I believe developed over the first centuries A.D.
For once, I find myself in complete agreement with Jetrell Fo.
May I ask what you have against Warbler? I find many of your posts in the General Star Wars forum funny, but you've come across as an absolute jerk in your recent posts in Off Topic.

This is a thread for me post Christian thoughts and pics and stuff like that. I do not wish this to be a thread to debate religion. Feel free to debate religion and Christianity and, but please do so in another thread. Please keep anti-relgion and anti-christian and disrespectfull stuff and mockery out of the this thread.
I don't get it. I thought religion was supposed to something very personal. Why would one feel the need to display it like this?
I think you missed the parts of the Bible where Jesus/God told people to go around and publicly teach their Faith, even if and when it got them killed. That doesn't seem very private to me (and please don't turn this into a big debate--I'm just pointing out that this religion certainly was never meant to be private, though the same goes for most others as well).
He is referring to it being Palm Sunday today, which is the remembrance of Jesus' entry into Jerusalem shortly before his arrest and execution.
My dad still owns all of the Star Wars items in that image, with the exception of the Falcon. Most of them are in similar condition or better, with some still having cloaks/weapons. The mini-vehicles in the photo are in slightly better shape than ours, however.
Understood. I'm sure it will be worth the wait....
I don't mind "do it because we cans" provided they mesh with the original material, and they don't replace the original work. A good part of Star Wars' greatness is due to the visuals, so I have no problem with making them look better, as long as they actually improve the original visuals, mesh with the film, and don't overdo it, in a way that makes the rest of the film pale in comparison. I don't, however, appreciate not having access to the original effects, with the creator pretending that the labouriously created visuals of the original were "incomplete."

I will agree with you that Bingo seems to lack tact.
That is indeed true, but as I am not easily offended (really offended, that is), I tend to be no more than annoyed by it, in general, and not enough that his good posts are overshadowed by that one (significant) flaw.
In the movies...

Judging from that photo, impressive detail!
Although I do speak as someone who knows nothing about action figures.
Are all the ones from this Series this well detailed?
Not all, but I think a good number are.
Yes to which part of the question?
I would like to see Luke return.

It’s kind of crappy I wasted all the time and money on the novels just to say none of that is real, just a legend in your own head… Oh well it was expected I guess…
Duracell, I sometimes wonder if you aren't right about there being alternate universes. At least, I don't remember any of the EU ever being any more real than it is now....
Signed.
I do admit that his posts got somewhat annoying in the month or so before he took leave of this section of the forum, but his good posts make up for it. I'd love to see him back, though hopefully without beating dead horses and whatnot.
Because some of us like him?
Yes...can you imagine if they were green? ;)
Yeah, it wasn't terribly clear it was a joke...and it wasn't very funny, largely because I wasn't entirely sure if you were joking either.... :P

36) Not using proper grammar while interacting with carp.
Who cares about whether or not one of our members uses improper grammar when they go fishing? ...And if you weren't talking about fish, the same stands. I don't think we'd care to spend any effort finding out, either.

It's still unclear why you used it.
And it's easy to say it's just a word when it doesn't mean anything to you.
It means "black" to me...comes from the Latin word for that colour.
I've seen the first eight episodes so far. Although it's often childish and there are small problems throughout, I'm enjoying it--perhaps more than the (almost) two seasons I've seen of TCW.
How close do you think you are to releasing this thing?
