We've had some days like that, but not many.
I thought it had stopped snowing, but I guess that was only briefly. It began snowing at 3:30 (it's now 7:30) and the ground is white. Silly April weather.
Last year, when I was in Saskatoon for Easter (April 5), there was still two to three feet of snow, depending on where you stepped.
It snowed for a couple hours or so. There was a lot of snow coming down, but it was warm enough earlier that it all melted as it came down.

I partially agree with number eleven. Most people here have strong feelings to the contrary, I have admitted to myself that I don't actually hate watching most of them. There is definitely something lacking in most of them, but even so, they are enjoyable. The battle between Obi-Wan and Darth Vader in ROTS had character interaction as well as fighting, so that was good.
I think Jar Jar was a huge mistake in the first place, but number 10 is very true.
I completely disagree with number nine, number eight is a one of the better scenes, but still not something that stands out as being good, and I only partially agree with number seven.
As for number six, I agree that Hayden had great facial acting. The character he played wasn't good though, unfortunately.
I definitely agree with numbers five, four, three, and two.
I agree with number one, aside from the midichlorian thing (which I didn't used to mind, but I've realized how much it differs from the original idea of the force).
I believe that's the thing a computer geek friend of mine highly recommended as well. I've never tried it, but it must be pretty good.

Ubuntu is pretty good, but it has a more limited number of programs than Windows. I had it for a couple years and was quite happy with it.
While we're on the topic of sports, why do sports players get paid so much money!? Apparently the minimum wage in the NHL is $500,000 per year. $500,000!!! I also find it disgusting that millions after millions of dollars are spent on sports arenas funded by tax dollars, when the money could be used so much more productively. If they're going to build a new arena, they should use money from people's tickets, not raise people's taxes.

OK, thanks. I couldn't find a Zillions file for Tenjiku, so I wanted to get ShogiVar running so I could play it. But if there's a Zillions file for it, then I'd be happy to use the Zillions file instead.

I'm using Windows XP in VirtualBox. I also tried copying the thing over to Windows 95, but I wasn't able to open the flash drive in it. Did flash drives come after Windows 95? I didn't think they did...
I saw your post with the links to Dai Dai. I say we play a game of Tori Shogi while we get this sorted out.

When I try to open the .exe file for ShogiVar, a window pops up that says "Cannot find VBRUN300.DLL". When I close that, another window, titled "Can't run 16-bit Windows program". I'm not having much luck, so unless you know a solution, I think I'll just give up and download Tori Shogi.

I'll make my move as soon as I get it downloaded in XP (running on VirtualBox, of course). It's been giving me some trouble--first it gave me the blue screen of death and shut my whole computer down, and now it's frozen. :P
