Help: looking for... Where to find these edits?
Time
In addition to making a very annoying post and having an extremely annoying username that totally fucks up the layout of this particular area of the forum when browsing through the threads, you're breaking the rule that threads of this kind are against the rules in and of themselves. You want copies of things, you find their threads and ask in there. Sorry, bud, it's the way things work. Deal with it.

Idea & Info: Grindhouse (possible fan-edit?)

Planet Terror has the "Machete" trailer, but that's it.

I also have the disc Rick is talking about and it has some little bits from Death Proof that were cut from the flick. Neat!

Also, that set that bigrob linked to on that message board does not have the American theatrical release version, just the two-disc editions we have here in the States released in one (four-disc) box set.

STAR WARS: EP IV 2004 REVISITED ADYWAN *1080p HD VERSION NOW IN PRODUCTION

I always wondered why the hell he said "Biggs" in that scene when Wedge said he'd come in and cover him. It doesn't narratively make sense, the way it's edited. And defending the Biggs line with the scene in the hangar is silly because that scene doesn't dramatically work because of everything cut out of the first act. Luke shows almost no remorse when his best friend of who knows how many years dies, and there's not really a way a fanedit can get around that. In the final cut of the flick, Biggs is better left just another member of Red Squadron.

Info: Halloween (2007) - workprint leaked

The thing is, though, why would you want to remake a film and try to do it the exact same way? If Rob Zombie had tried to re-do Halloween in the same way (very slow-paced, all the violence in shadow, etc), it would be boring as shit. We've seen that movie before. If you're gonna remake a movie, make it your own. And Rob Zombie movies are fucking graphic. That's all there is to it.

You've got nothing to worry about. From The Digital Bits:

The Final Cut of the film itself has been edited a tiny bit, with a couple of new scenes added and a little bit of footage excised. But the new effects tweaks are very minor. For example, in many shots involving the practical, on-set Spinner, you can see the suspension cables holding it in the air. These have been removed. In a couple instances members of the camera crew were accidentally captured on the edges of the frame, so they've been removed. And there's an instance where Harrison Ford's dialogue doesn't match his lip movements on screen (a shot through the glass as he's talking to the snake dealer), so Harrison Ford's son, Ben Ford, was brought in. He was dressed in the costume and was given the same scar on his chin as his father via make-up. His face was then shot (at the correct angle, under matching lighting) reading the same lines, and his mouth and chin were inserted over his father's so the lip-synch now matches. It's absolutely seamless.
