I remember when KISS was everyone’s go to band for corrupting the youth of America. Now they’re innocuous enough to star in a Scooby Doo movie.
There was a Christian metal band called Vengeance Rising whose main songwriter/frontman got pissed off at another christian frontman from a different metal band so bad it ruined him on Christianity and he turned the band into a typical satanic death metal band.

I used to take herbal supplements for anxiety that worked really well and never had any side effects for me. I only quit taking them because I started drinking again and was scared of interactions.

Well anxiety is so broad almost nothing would be “straight up” anxiety, but what you’re describing sounds like a form of it. Anxiety isn’t always panic either. (Im sure you know all this I’m just recounting some things I’ve picked up on in the several years I’ve been dealing with it)
Sounds like textbook anxiety disorder, especially the physically feeling like you’re about to die despite being in good shape. I have it too. Usually at least once a day I have a panic attack thinking that I’m about to have a heart attack or stroke and die, despite the fact that I’m 23 years old and have never been diagnosed with a heart condition.

A group of people have created ‘Mega Maker’ game for the PC. You can now design your very own Megaman levels. It works like Mario Maker, where you can upload/download levels from the community. People have already made Kaizo style levels.

Honestly I haven’t been excited for this edit for about 5 years or so. (And that is not at all a knock to it or how long it’s taken, just that I kinda decided the original was good enough and checked out, more to save myself the suspense than anything. Once again, it was not anything bad about adywan, the wait, or the work that made me stop being excited just myself.) But now that the release is getting closer I have to admit I am getting pretty excited for it again.
Waiting until it’s released might be a good start.

I’ve been listening to plenty of unabridged audiobooks lately. I’m currently re-listening to the books in the Ender’s Game universe)–and am currently on book 2 of the Shadow series, Shadow of the Hegemon.
Before that, I was listening to Expeditionary Force, books 1 and 2.
I’ve read enders game and speaker for the dead and I loved them. I started to read xenocide a long time ago but, while the story was fascinating, reading it gave me a headache so I gave up on it. Perhaps I should try it again now that I’m an adult. I’ve re-read the first two as an adult and adored them, especially speaker, but I was daunted because of my previous encounter with xenocide. But I was like a freshmen in high school so I should give it another go.
From what little outline I’ve read I won’t be reading the shadow series because I’m not insterested in having ender retconned into being a pawn.
Could you not just slightly lower the bit rate for rotj to make room? And for mpg2 I highly, HIGHLY recommend hcenc. It’s free and gives fantastic results. And it has an option to where you just set max bitrate and desired file size and it will calculate the avg bit rate automatically and get very close to the filesize you desire. It works great and I even use it for blu ray encoding because it’s so easy and its encodes are as good as h264 at high bit rates. (Obviously at lower bit rates h264 will always win but at high rates I don’t see much difference)
What do you think might be a reasonable average bitrate for acceptable quality?
Well I primarily work with hd so I’m not sure. My best bet would be to pick a decent max bitrate then tell it how big you want the file to be and let it figure out the average for you.
Dvd has spec’s you know. Limit to Max of 9.8 Mbps. I suggest puggo just author this the same as the others, that way we get a consistent set 😎
Hcenc has an automatic dvd-compliance check you know, should you choose to use it. And encoding the mpg2 and authoring the dvd can be done separately, I was merely suggesting he use hcenc to get the file size he needed for the main feature, um, you know, so he could author the rest of the disc like the others in the set?

Planning on keeping it SE as it doesn’t technically conflict with anything established in the OT nor does it spoil the surprise (if there’s anybody on the player surprised by it now), nor does it detract from the film I don’t think. The crawl already establishes Vader is obsessed with finding young Skywalker, so having the emperor refer to him in that way I feel builds more tension in the film.
However, I am open to a discussion of possibly editing it to the original dialogue (except for “young Skywalker” instead of “Luke Skywalker”), and I know it’s possible as I’ve done it before, I just don’t have the edit I made anymore.
On second thought perhaps this would be better off in the fanedit section because of the rotoscoped lasers and one or two original changes if kids want to move it.
