It’s not that I call him out for liking a show because it’s bad. It’s because it’s creepy and inappropriate for a grown ass man to like it beyond mild enjoyance(and that’s already stretching it) while with his children. Well, sortof. I don’t plan on doing a full extensive shot by shot regrade as I don’t terribly mind the 2011 colors overall just doing a blanket correction that fixes the overall darkness and red faces using the settings specified in this thread (http://originaltrilogy.com/topic/Original-Trilogy-Blu-rays-SPC-Single-Pass-Corrections/id/54847) that just sortof takes the 2011 color timing but makes it more appealing and natural looking.
The other main draw of mine will be that they will have all re rotoscoped lightsabers and blaster shots courtesy of a user here named telecine7, but that’s a whole other topic.
