Glad you liked!

The main problem with the McDiarmid audio is that it's ... delivered ... slooooowly.

I had to speed it up an incredible amount to make it work the way it should. Sometimes it became choppy - An interesting challenge. It could be done better in Protools, or with Lucasfilm's own equipment. =)

I thought that that easter egg was pretty easy to find -- I didn't try to hide it.

There are many more easter eggs on Jedi, and they're all much more hidden.

=D

Hopefully not too hidden so I can't find them.

You did a very good job on the Ian McDiarmid dialouge!

Can someone please explain WHY the audio on the 2004 ANH DVD is so messed up?
Time
If you like the 2004 DVD changes (like AWK) or not, the audio is inexcusable. How could they do some of the things like reverse the audio channels, poor volume on certain lines, etc. In my opinion, I can accept that they made a mistake on the 2004 DVD audio. but to pass it off as "deliberate creative decisions" is ridiclous.

By the way, I used to own the floppy version of X-Wing, and about a year ago I bought the collector's cd-rom version from ebay, does anybody know if the cd-rom version has the expansion packs on it or not?

It should. I know the TIE fighter version does.

ROTJ Script help
Time
See this. I'm assuming its all correct, but I don't know for certain.
http://www.starwarz.com/starkiller/writings/draft_variations_roj.htm

It seems to have the differences between the various scripts, such as having the Luke/Vader/Emperor confrontation on the Imperials home planet instead of the death star. There are also some McQuarrie concept art of this, with The Emperor's and Vader's palace.

The Sad State Of Star Wars
Time
With no more movies coming out, I think this is natural that the series is going downhill. There are still Star Wars comics, books, etc coming out. but most of them are prequel era or the new jedi order era, which isn't my cup of tea. But the good news is that Star Wars seems to be doing better than Star Trek. That francise seems to be much closer to death.
And no, I didn't mean anything as a jab at Trek. I like Trek as well, at least some of it (original series and NG) but with the failure of "Enterprise", the series has very quickly died. Much faster than Star Wars has done.
