It's the martyr effect. Because he was murdered he becomes a saint in the eyes of people who otherwise might only have had a passing interest in his music.

Sorta like Dimebag Darrell of Pantera.

Only difference is people idolized him while he was still alive anyway, and for good reason.

DIMEBAG WAS A FRIEND OF MINE.

You lucky bastard. Wish I could've met him. He's my hero.

Well, one of them.

I really want to give my children unique names. Well, not "unique" unique, because I'm just going to pick some random word and call it a name. They'll be existing names but ones that aren't very common in this part of the world. Like my fiancee and I decided long ago that when we have kids, one of our daughters is going to have the name Keiko Aine (pronounced ah-nay, it's an Irish form of Anne, her middle name). That, combined with my last name, will give her a name background of Japanese, Irish, and Polish!

My girlfriend's family is REALLY Irish, and some of her siblings names are : Seamus (pronounced SHAY-mus), Siobhan (pronounced shi-VON), not to mention that her name is Brigid.

That said, I also hate excessive heat.

Haha!

The way I see it, if listening to Slayer isn't going to turn me into a Satan-worshipper, then listening to John Lennon isn't going to turn me into a Communist either.

It's these whiny modern punk bands like Green Day that I hate. They all need to quit bitching, grow some 'nads, and make some better music.

Some central beliefs of Scientology:

-A person is an immortal spiritual being (termed a thetan) who possesses a mind and a body.

-The thetan has lived through many past lives and will continue to live beyond the death of the body.

-A person is basically good, but becomes "aberrated" by moments of pain and unconsciousness in his life.

-What is true for you is what you have observed yourself. No beliefs should be forced as "true" on anyone. Thus, the tenets of Scientology are expected to be tested and seen to either be true or not by Scientology practitioners.

Russell Stover's chocolate is pretty good, and so is Dove.

As far as American chocolate goes, Nestle PWNS Hershey.
Dove I think is owned by Galaxy - their logo and packaging is the same - but Galaxy tastes better. As for Nestle, yeah, they rule, but again, teh European Nestle is better. Not sure what it is about America, they have lots of great food and they know how to indulge, but they just can't get chocolate right. The same goes for cheese - unless you go to Whole Foods or a health store type place, you can't get proper cheese - it's all that processed plastic bright yellow shit.

I actually found some Wendsleydale cheese at my local market the other day!
