The thing is, St. Bernard is mainly a monastery, it just has a school on the grounds. I'm sure there would be a couple of older monks who still remember the incident.

I hope no one minds me deviating from topic, it's just that I don't have enough info on this project to give it its own thread yet.

Sort of on-topic, since this is a movie discussion:

I'm about to start filming a documentary at my school, St. Bernard Preparatory School, which is also a Benedictine monastery. I am hoping to uncover the mystery on one of the buildings on the grounds, which is said to be haunted. Legend has it that back in the 70s, a monk hanged himself in one of the upper rooms, and there is a marker in the shape of a cross set in one of the floor tiles and is said to mark the spot where the monk was found. I plan to interview/film some of the older monks and other people that are in any way involved with the building in question. Then the fun starts:

I, along with two trustworthy cohorts, will request to spend 24 hours in the building, with nothing but food, flashlights, cameras, and video cameras, and document any supernatural occurrences.

This began as a journalism class project that seems to be growing by the day. It will be VERY low-budget, shot simply on a home video camera, but that shouldn't detract from the actual documentary. I hope to have it completed by Halloween, so that I can also write an article about it and have a special showing of it at my school on or around Halloween night.

If it is successful, would anyone be interested in copies of this? Maybe i can get Rikter to handle that part.
