I started out with Monty Python and the Holy Grail in sixth grade, and not long after that my dad got DirecTV, which had BBC America. So then I got to watch Flying Circus, the first episode of which I saw was the one featuring Bicycle Repair Man. It got me hooked, so I guess that's one way to start out.

Note: Monty Python's The Meaning of Life is NOT for someone just starting out with the Pythons. I've been a die-hard fan for about five years now and I still have trouble sitting through it.

The Seamus Heaney version isn't too bad.

It would be better if you learned Anglo-Saxon(Old English) and did the entire film in Anglo-Saxon with Modern English subtitles, "Passion of the Christ" style
