And another thing:

To me, SW is NOT all Luke's story, and I have NO nostalgia associated with the OOT. I greatly enjoy all aspects of it, just as much as the PT, but I see it as one saga, of which Luke's story is one half of.

I own a copy of the film novelization from 1977, when the film was first released, and emblazoned on the front cover, it says; "STAR WARS: From the Adventures of LUKE SKYWALKER". Looks to me as if it's Luke's story.

Maybe I'm just a perpetual skeptic, but I really this is just people overreacting AGAIN. Just like every year, people freak out when it's flu shot time. They say "OH MY GOD WE'RE HAVING A SHORTAGE!!", when really the place they were getting them from just ran out and haven't received their next shipment yet. Cool it, people.

No, she's a 14 year old Emma. Yes, age is an issue. Remember the big legal debacle with R. Kelly a few years ago? Over CHILD pornography? Yes, age is definitely an issue. And you got banned for extreme comments, AND posting links to 12 year old Natalie "The Professional" videos, AND posting pics of Dakota Fanning, AND other stuff that I'd rather not care to mention.

Plus, being an annoying troll. Too bad old habits die hard.

The OOT has nothing to do with my hatred of the prequels. I dislike the prequels because they are BAD MOVIES. My hatred of special effects has nothing to do with my hatred of the prequels. The Prequels are BAD MOVIES. Not bad in comparison to the OOT. In comparison to movies in general. They......are.......crappy.......movies. The story, while having a lot of potential, falls flat on its ass because of the writer being unable to get it across well. The acting is stiff, wooden, and all-in-all, something that would make Keanu Reeves proud (which is why I dislike the Matrix movies, but don't get me started). The special-effects don't look real. They don't look like something I can touch with my hands. They look like friggin' cartoons. This has nothing to do with my love of the OOT. This has to do with my love of film, and the art form that it truly is. The prequels are "Plan 9 From Outer Space" with good effects.

THEY

ARE

BAD

MOVIES.

I can never see the OOT the way you do because I didn't see it first, nor did I grow up with it. I am from a new generation of Star Wars fans who see everytyhing differently.

You're the typical TF.N Star Wars fan, is what you are. You get blinded by all the glitz and special effects that you don't realize that the PT are just bad movies. Just bad films, in general. I've sat through lots of bad, lazy films, and the PT fit the category. George Lucas was once an innovative and fresh director. Anyone who has seen "THX 1138", "American Graffitti", or "Star Wars" would know that. But after such a long time out of the director's chair, I'm sad to say that he really has lost his touch. So Adam, you are the typical Teenybopper.
