I have a Sony BDPS-350 and the exact same thing happens at the same points in the movie . Is there any players that this doesnt happen with ?. Adywans Empire plays perfectly though .
What Adywan done as a project was outstanding , never has a fan edit received this much attention to detail , colour correction ! f/x shots redone to practically industry standards.Personally i think the electric needle is a fantastic idea as it improves on the original earth like needle, but this is my point of view!!. George Luca$ turned himself into Jabba The Hut and got very lazy very quick , i doubt he even looked at the shamefull 2004 dvd,s when they came out ! Adywan thank you for this edit , keep you're chin up and good luck with Empire Revisited ! MR.Ghostface i believe Adywan has thrown the gauntlet down , can you do better? , personally i think you should pick you're balls up of the floor and acknowledge what an achievement Revisited actually was ! Do you have any Blu Ray movies in you're collection that look like theyre standard definition dvd's ?.Mission Impossible for a start , it looks just like an upscaled dvd from a cheap and nasty dvd player, or have you noticed the 1080p quality of Predator ? .I think that transfer looks like shit! , but there is some people who " think its o.k. ".. And lets not forget Robocop , in the U.K. it retails for £10 , its only worth half that - maybe! , £10 for an appalling transfer the only good thing to say about it is that its the directors cut of the movie. Then in my collection i have Bullit ,the classic Steve McQueen movie with that car chase in it ( the best car chase ever ! ).I dont know if its just me but there is virtually no difference from the blu ray compared to the sd dvd. Yes i know old movies cant look as good as new movies but when you look at old movies like The Italian Job , the transfer is perfect as is 2001.Can you give me advice on which movies NOT to buy ?.
Has anyone watched the trailers for the new remake of the classic tv series V ?. Is it just me or does this look like shit !. Gone are the evil looking visitors , now we have aliens that look like theyre trying to look like A-list celebrities . Now we also have giant display screens at the bottom of the redisigned space ships !, why didnt the tv executives just put the shows original creator Kenneth Johnson's new book into production to follow on from the original ending of the mini series?. It's just going to be another remake fuck up of a sci-fi classic that everybody loves. ( Hasnt that happened before somewhere ? ). Anyway what do you think ?.

Has anyone ever bothered updating their blu ray with the latest firmware ?. I purchased a Sony bdps-350 last year but ive never connected it to the internet to get the latested firmware , am i mising anything ? . If anybody has a Sony bdps-350 and they have updated theirs regulary do you notice any improvements , does it take long to to update ?. The player has a problem when playing Adywans Star Wars hd and the picture stutters and the sound goes out of sinc, would updating software fix this ?. also T2 Skynet Edition, after the disc ask's you youre location it just freezes after that and i gave up after 12 minutes Any info would most helpfull.

Without downloading the movie could someone please tell me where / how to get a copy of the dvd-9 version . pal if possible , but an ntsc version would be just fine.
