Agreed .Although its a preservation project i think its best to leave the subtitles out .

9/11 was a weird day for me , i was visiting a place i was injured in a bomb attack ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shankill_Road_bombing ) 8 years earlier . I was was with my wife this time and we were looking at the comemorative plaque remembering the innocent dead and i was telling her about my experience of what happened on that day. My wife and i were beginning to walk away when people started crowding around a next door shop listing to the radio , and we heard about the first tower coming down , when you hear something like that on the radio it doesnt sound real , to be honest it sounded something like the old War Of The Worlds broadcast from the thirties . After getting into the car in disbelief we turned on the radio and every channel had the attack on their stations , total shock and disbelief , how could this happen ?. By the time i got home the Belfast Telegraph had a picture of the attack on its front page . Every news channel in the U.K. had the attack live on t.v. .
Thats my experience of that day.
Ive only ever seen it once and its complete bollocks , but the Boba Fett cartoon is worth a look.

The Pinnacle Dc30 card compresses the stream and i dont like the compromise after all the hours spent.

Its this very reason that i have such anger against Lucas. Good on him for whatever charity work he does or will do in the future , but giving fans of the original trilogy the middle finger for asking for what we had for twenty years in an acceptable up to date quality is insulting to us all.
For what it's worth, I've always disliked Anthony Daniels. I don't think there's one person more up their own backside than he is. The way he behaved towards Kenny Baker - who's a lovely guy - was appalling and smacks of a sense of inflated worth.
After watching bring back Star Wars on channel 4 , hearing how he treated Kenny Baker ( Easterhay your right he is a lovely guy) especially after Kennys wife died gave me a dislike to this guy also.

Lucas has only said that he's giving half his wealth to charity , what about the charities that are are desperate for help ?, will they just have to wait until the death of george lucas ?. Dave Prowse regulary does charity events even though he's an elderly man.

Agreed. When i met Dave Prowse last year he was at the event for two days , all money earned on the first day from photo signing was being donated to a local childrens hospital.
