Bringing back Jane Badler and M arc Singer is obvious stunt casting in an attempt to revive a failing series.
Using Kenneth Johnson's follow up novel would have made a far better t.v. series than this reimagining crap, i have just finished watching the first five episodes of series two although its better than the first series its still pretty poor.Ive seen Jane Badler's role, when does Marc Singer appear?.

I watched it the other day. I forgot how good it was. It's a shame the other ones couldn't have been at it and the second one's level. The other ones just don't really touch it emotionally, and 5 and 6 tried too hard to.
That was the first time i watched it in maybe 4-5 years and i also forgot just how good the movie actually is, Stallones performance was perfect i think also.
