"On the subject of the crawl, no it is not selectable, and why should it be?"
The fact that you have to ask such a question goes a long way towards pointing out that these are not the boards for you, not that this much wasn't obvious to everyone else here.
In the game X-wing, I prefered A-wings most of the time. X-wing is a close second.
I'll say this about the Y-wing - there were some missions that required really, really long-distance shots to keep waves of tie-fighters at bay, and the Y-wing did this with aplomb. It's a good workhorse, and takes a wallop.
"Anyway you are expanding the sound fields and providing discrete channels rather than just compressing a matrixed surround. And by using something like DPL2 to provide the upmix you are improving the quality of the surround for people with non-DPL2 surround systems. You can even tweak the matrix yourself."
That is precisely what I did, and for precisely that reason as well.
(I wonder if the 5.1 PCM channel I had created would play on one of the new HD DVD players?)
LOL.....are we going to have "Talk like a Pirate Day" like TF.n? (I always loved reading the posts from crybabies who hated that day, and avoided TF.n for 24 hours because of it.
Or the people who bitched about St. Patrick's Day as well.
Lean over towards me and I'll show you......closer......closerrrrrrrr.........SLUG!

Sorry. What he's referring to are the moving dark shapes over Palps face in ROTJ (to correct something-or-other). To be honest, I've not seen ROTJ in a long time since hearing about these, and never really noticed them. That being said, I'm scared to watch it now, because I know that once I see them, they'll stick out at me.
