Yeah sketchrb,
the Kamino city you've done looks so much better than the one in the movie!!!

Yeah linktalk is just a forum where you can register immediately.
You can upload the DVD to any hoster you want (rapidshare, megaupload, ...) and post the links at linktalk.
It's very easy!
TheBoost said:Also, would Obi get a purple blade when he achieves that rank?
Yeah, there you've got an intersting point!
Obi-Wan with a purple lightsaber? That would be looking gay^^
Then you have to work on his saber in A New Hope as well...
Is there a way to release this on linktalk??
I thought they said "Aye!"^^
Yeah all of that stuff is beautiful^^
Ehm when will you release the DVD version of "Attack of the Federation"??
NEW!!!:
I like the idea of painting Sidious' face completely black,
this way he really looks like a phantom, as the original title of the movie proposes.
So I prefer the "Mysterious Identity of Sidious" test edits to the "updated Sidious scene".
But Sidious' neck sould be painted black, too!
are they 5.1 ac3?
Yeah but I guess replacing the center channel of Adywan's edit with the one from the german DVD won't work,
because there are new sound effects and new music on the center channel of Adywan's edit that are missing on the original DVD.
You have to contact Adywan for his sound effect track and music track.
Nevertheless there are several ways to extract the center channel. One way is to use BeSweet. This program is able to split the 5.1 audio of the DVD into 6 single mono wave files. One of them is the center channel.
Na mal wieder ein Deutscher hier, wie schön^^ Aber für die Allgemeinheit werd ich mal in Englisch weiterschreiben:
Of course it's possible to create a german audio track. I guess you'll have to write to Adywan, you need his sound effect track and music track. And you'll need the center channel of the german 5.1 audio track on your dvd...
Yep! That's a good comparison^^
To mind the standard colors for jedi lightsabers should have been blue and yellow instead of blue and green.
Only Yoda and Qui-Gon and a few others should have had green.
lol yeah the music isn't to be taken seriously^^
I use Magix Video Deluxe.
Unfortunately the effect doesn't work so great on CG shots like on filmed shots.
But these videos are EARLY results of playing around with this effect, so I'll continue to try some things with it...
Concerning the topic of making the prequels look like they were filmed on film:
I indeed found a nice little function in my video program which helps to give videos a more cinematic look.
So I have done two little videos to show this to you. Don't expect too much, it's just a decent change.
It doesn't really make CGI things look real, but it gives the scenes filmed digitally a look like they were filmed on film.
The second video clip is the same as the first one, just with the effect applied a bit more stronger:
I guess you'll notice the effect mostly on the skin of the actors. I like the sceond clip most^^
Tell me what you think!

Imagine like the prequels were cheap and the production team wanted to hide the missing set extentions or bad mattes :P
That is the idea

Yeah but the whole movie really shouldn't be so dark. In some scene it does look better than the original, but not the complete thing, that's just too much dark...
Btw is it possible that you post a video clip of a reworked scene, for example the clone facility? that would be interesting.
And can you tell us what especially you changed in the pictures? The contrast? Gamma? Brightness? Color saturation?
Because I already tried to do such a effect with my video program, but I didn't get it right.
No seeder for edit???
Yeah some look good, but the whole movie shouldn't be so dark. For example the jedi archives are way too dark.
@Kongerne: You have got a pm.
Lan Hikari,
you have got a pm.
@Kongerne: Using Liam Nesson dialogue from other movies has already been accomplished.
Just watch ADigitalMan's edit of ep3.
That's nothing to thank for. I'm always glad to help an editor in need.

Believe me, the day that happens I'll start to cry and jubilate and run to the next tv station to tell the whole world that the most sacred thing has occured...
Hi mrbenja0618,
some time ago, I ripped off the sound of Obi-Wan's star fighter arriving on Utapau from the Star Wars Mashups,
that means it is without music:
