Just checked Wookiepedia, it has a hyperdrive system in both Legends and Canon. We’re good to go. I guess flying his grandfather’s TIE fighter is very appropriate for him. Now imagine if poppasketti did a version with Anakin’s Jedi Starfighter from Revenge of the Sith along with the DeLorean and the Titanic.

Thanks, though its been so long since I finished Prisoner of Azkaban back in August.

The only thing I would change if adding in the shot would be to change the transition from a wipe to a straight cut. The wipe feels too abrupt and very much like a fan edit.

Hey, Dominic. I know I’m going to sound oblivious for saying this, but is your edit done, and will it be released in 5.1 surround sound?

We are wrapping things up quite nicely. Other than Luke’s haircut (along with desaturating his Force spirit), adding Coruscant, Anakin’s new blade, more shots of Vader’s castle, is there anything else that has yet to be done before V2 is done?

Still can’t wait for V2. This may be your greatest achievement in your career as a fan editor, Hal. Even though you’ve said you couldn’t have done this without us. I still think your Episode III edit is your best of your Star Wars edits, but this will be your best work to fix Episode IX.

I still personally think the music from the Darth Maul scene in Solo doesn’t really fit it all that much. DominicCobb used an instrumental version of Duel of the Fates for his edit. It actually wasn’t that bad.

How soon do you think V2 will be out? Seems like were almost there, aside from desaturating Luke’s ghost again and all. I know it will still be some time until the Rey Nobody version is out, though.

Does anyone here have the Japanese dubs of the Sequel Trilogy? I know this is for the Original Trilogy, but I’ve been scavenging for these and found no luck.

I prefer that version too. It might be worth a try to use the prologue track John Williams composed for the scene where Kylo Ren meets the Oracle for those two establishing shots. It could branch off to Ren’s theme pretty well.

Here’s something interesting, yet a bit irrelevant that I found out. In Japan, Episode IX is titled Dawn of Skywalker instead.

Sorry, man. I’ve been busy lately. Also, I should probably point out that the first audiobook was completed back in September 2019. I’m getting onto Goblet of Fire, but real life has also been a bit hectic as well. Don’t worry, it’s still happening.

Unstable would be fitting for Rey since the story deals with her being Palpatine’s granddaughter and her fall to the Dark Side, even if she isn’t anywhere near as conflicted as Ben is.

Whenever I get around to my edit of the Sequel Trilogy, I’m recording myself doing an impression of Adam Driver saying, “Rey” when he picks up Rey after climbing out of the pit. The take will be in a low under breath type of delivery.

I did make a video for my channel about unreleased deleted scenes that I could find.

Not to piss you off or anything, Hal, but if deleted scenes for this movie come out in the next year or two, will you come out of retirement just to do a V3 to incorporate them? I know you’ve said yes, but I also know you want this all done and over with to put it behind you.
