Hey, Hal. I know you’re trying to find a way to replace Luke’s line, “Leia told me that she had sensed the death of her son at the end of her Jedi path,” with “Leia told me that she had sensed the birth of her son at the end of her Jedi path.” I think I know a solution.

There are voice cloning softwares out there that are like deepfakes but for voices. It’s possible to just clone Mark Hamill’s voice and replace just the one word with “death” to “birth.”

Sounds good to me. I still really like Adywan’s entrance to Mos Eisley, apart from using the Dianoga track that was added in the Special Edition.

Here is how I feel, Hal. I think Rey’s milky eyes should be replaced with Sith eyes in that one brief shot. Also, when she shows her sharp teeth, I think the Sith eyes should flash up at that moment.

Also, if you ever get the chance to talk to jonh again, could you ask him to provide this sequence to put into the fan edit clip resource folder on Drive?

By new sequence, I meant the version he just released with Qui-Gon, Mace Windu, Ahsoka and Leia.

The editing for Kylo Ren’s new lines in the hanger scene are outstanding!

Once we can get Jon H’s new sequence with Sebastian Shaw, Leia’s purple lightsaber, Anakin’s crackly blade and the color correction all in one, the Force ghost sequence will be absolutely perfect to me.

Holy shit indeed! Jonh, do you think it’s possible you could send us this clip for fan editors to use? Maybe someone could color correct the footage and do the same for the lightsabers. I think I like this version even more!

I don’t know. It is a bit time consuming to go back to a project like this, unlike doing a movie again.
