Personally, I enjoy the rathtar scene. The only problem I have with it is Finn surviving an encounter with them. If that could be cut I would be happy with it.

Not removing it but trimming it a bit would be enough. A clip was posted a few pages ago and it seemed to work. It also removed the “Han uses Chewie’s blaster for the first time in 45 years” weird moment.

Well, I don’t mind fooling myself on such an inoffensive “president aging process” issue.

I guess since Poe is mentionned it’s about time to also talk about the ending, when SKB is destroyed. I would then suggest again to get rid of all the cheers scenes and to directly cut to the bitter scene at the Resistance H.Q. So no “our job here is done” and no “Leia hugs Rey while Chewie is vanishing in the background”.

• his former foreign affairs minister Alain Juppé lost as well (I also voted against him)

If you really want to put R1 (“gosh!” but anyway, let’s accept the input parameters) why are you giving it such a weird place in your machete order and where are the prequels that are far better than R1 and TFA (and the point of machete is to use both trilogies by the way) ? R1 after TFA does not make any sense. That’s being said, before ANH would make more sense but the movie doesn’t work as a direct prequel because of too many inconsistencies in a movie supposed to take place 5 minutes five prior to ANH. Hard to know where to put it… so you shouldn’t put this direct-to-video Steven Seagal quality flick anywhere.

So in one day USA will finally get a good president ? It was about time ! When was the last good one ? JFK I think. 8 years of Obama, 12 of Bushes, 8 of Clintons… I pity you but now I kinda envy you 😃
