But if you can incorporate AT-ST's, then that'll be better as that'll really show off movement, and you won't ahve to show movement in the window. Just have it be silvery if you can.

Yes, more AT-STs! I checked the scene again, and there are 5 AT-AT as in the battle plan I posted, but only 1 AT-ST, while there should be 6 of them. And walkers are more agile so they would add he movement to the scene.

The shot of the speeders heading towards the front line has absolutely no rebels firing. You have two good shots of the turrets moving, but NOT firing... maybe you could have them start...

As stated before, it woudln't make sense to have the speeders flying straight at the AT-AT's... but if the Turrets are laying down cover fire... maybe it would work better.

Yep, rebels  should fire with everything they got.

If you're adding in a turret for the explosion scene, don't forget outside of Pietts AT-AT there is a shot of the generator that lacks it as well.

That's right!

I then wonder, how did the command center get hit? Was it like one of the Star Destroyers bomb it or did an AT-AT fire at it... maybe something earlier during a lot of the explosion shots showing a hint of a large boom in the background. Then imperial troops enter the base. How'd they get there? Perhaps something in the background of a shot alluding to it too.

Yes, I always had a problem with this scene too. They (Vader and troops) enter the Echo base as if they were down on the planet with the attacking AT-ATs.

Anyway, this site http://www.theforce.net/SWTC/walkers.html has a lot of material regardig SW walkers. Could be useful.

About the kiss, as DarthBO said, come on, it's just a kiss. I have no problem with that kiss. It works perfectly in that scene, it was meant to piss Han off.

In fact, I disagree with everything Commander Bane said except that the Hoth blockade could have more ships.

I'm sorry to hear about the tauntaut animatronics though. Oh well, I'll live :D

Damn, no that you've pointed out the fake hand, I cannot get past it without noticing. It really looks very fake. If some thing can be done to fix it would be great.

As for adding some graphics to the blank screens in the cockpits, well, you have done some outstanding work on ANHR with the holograms and other graphics, so I have no doubt you will do a great job on this one too.

And Adywan's eye is even better. Yes Ady, the last jerk happens when Han is off the ramp, but to me, the previous jerks look very much (probably coincidentally) in sync with Han's steps. I this could be smoothed, fine, if not, still OK, but smooth motion would look better in my view.

To contribute something after a long time. Two minor things:

- inside the asteroid creature, when they are lowering the Falcon door, as Han is descending it, the door lowers significantly on his each step. It's a detail but looks odd, like a spaceship door cannot handle a person's weight. It makes a metal hydraulic ramp look like it was made of plastic.

- the ramp of the Vader's shuttle bends like a thin wooden plank as Vader descends it at the end of the movie. Again a detail, but it just looks bad.

I'm thinking the hologram 'throbbing' would be better toned down a little, ie: not quite so bright.

I agree. It's a bit to bright.

One thing I remembered for ROTJ: when Luke jumps back on the ship after beeing thrown into Sarlac's pitt, and R2D2 ejects the light saber, Luke streches his hand to catch it, the pause before he does catch it is too long. It looks like a bad timing for a jedi.

In my view, the shield is only impenetrable by lasers and other similar weapons. The ships can pass through the shield normally they just cannot fire through it. That is why the land beyond the horizon of the Hoth rebel base, out of the reach of the rebel fire, and attack with walkers. If they landed directly in front of the rebel base, they would be vulnerable during landing.
