It think it was Nick Meyer who said that they often had to do countless takes until Shatner would get frustrated and finally deliver a performance they could use.
It's not about the money, it's as Davnes007 said.
Padme [and artoo]

I think that has to do with not seeing his left shoulder, looks like he is poking his head forward...
Hmm, It's certainly an interesting idea...
The first few episodes of Dollhouse are dull indeed, but at about midway through the season things get a lot more interesting. I would recommend simply starting with episode 6 or 7 for a first time viewing, You wont have missed to much that you wont pick up as you go along.
Bryan Fuller will be returning to heroes next season. That should be interesting...Show needs a kick in the ass.
keep in mind international time differences...
I don't understand the rule of the DM, Do you have set ground rules or can you just make shit up as you go along?
looks pretty slick. Dunno why but that Lando pose makes me think of Mola Ram from Temple of Doom.
Might i suggest obscuring the feet of Yoda et al with cloud haze? - they appear to be hovering above the walkers.
Works fine on Xbox 360 too :)

How large are you talking - i have no problem taking snapshots in HD.
Good to hear.
but to save confusion they could have just said "date" rather than "stardate".
More likely, Adywan is going to ignore further requests from you [Janskeet].
Happy Birthday Helen...Adywan.
Janskeet said:I'm sorry I'm too lazy to read through the thread, but what's wrong with updating the less informed users?
Honestly, just read the entire thread, That IS the best way to be informed. And of course it wont bother people.
Most of the questions you've asked have even been discussed with images and comparisons.
Well from now on any inconsistency or error can be explained away with "Oh that's cuz Nero messed with the timeline..." :)
Janskeet said:I would be willing to donate $100 to Adywan for this project if I can get other people to do it too. Who's with me?
Just donate what you feel you can, as others have. It should be purely voluntary.
There had better be klingons, they are the Nemesis of kirk's era.
Well they can still 'fix' things...they know precisely when the star will go supernova.
guitarfan01 said:One thing that did bother me was how fast they promoted Kirk to captain following his graduation from the Academy.
True, but remember that they just lost about 7 ships worth of command crews in a single day. And I'm sure he'd have been highly recommended by Pike.
I like it!
I dunno if anyone has brought this up but would it be viable to do a newspaper shot in a similar fashion to the travel montage scenes?
Now there's an idea for a contest. have people build spaceship models and the winner can have theirs be inserted into a space battle scene.
I'd agree on keeping the sailer it's original colours but I think the room looks WAY better in Greys. A hint at the imperialism that is to come?
Looks sweet.
