Seasons 2 and 3 were the best by far IMO. I fellt it just got weird later on and I felt unfamiliar with what was going on even when I was up to speed.

I know they say the word senate like 12 more times [sic] before the fight but it might be something to consider...

Have you considered trying to have him ignite the saber faster to add to the idea of him taking them off guard? - as it stands he sort of waves it in front of them, almost as a tease...

The RedBox BD was a special "rental" version that didn't have any special features, or else I would have watched the alt. ending and deleted scenes.  I don't get BD from Netflix- are these on the DVD?

Yeah, but I think the unfinished original ending is BD only - Perseus rescues Andromeda - they kiss, he tells her there's something he needs to take care of, rides off into the sky on Pegasus.

then we cut to the Gods in some sort of assembly, Perseus walks in scraping his sword along the floor to get their attention, Zeus tells the other gods to fuck off for a bit, Perseus and Zues have a bit of an argument with Perseus demanding that they show mankind respect and stop being complete asshats all the time.

It's a real shame to see they actually filmed scenes with the other gods and especially Apollo only to replace him with Zeus later on.

Despite the MANY chop / change moments that basically neutered this adventure there were some just plain BAD ideas inserted.

I mean, who was the asshat who decided to take the king [Acrisius] and the malevolent Calibos and merge them into a single character?

We shouldn't have needed Io [Gemma's character] to connect the disjointed dots for us.

And then of course Io tells us that living forever is a curse - so what's her happy ending? - to CONTINUE living forever.

Gotta agree with all you and others have said, in the end it was a complete waste. - the real sting coming from paying an extra 5 bucks for the most flat / boring / uninspired 3D I've ever witnessed.

Hate to harp on but the movie is just so disappointing, it really could / should have been an epic.

Still like the original but this has a cool spacey ambiance.

The thing that really bothers me and holds me back from getting a lot of stuff is that MS points are not sold in 400 / 800 amounts - an obvious marketing ploy.

Right now I've got just under 800 points but can't be bothered going out to the shops to get another stack of points just for the few I need.

Personally I'd go after Mass effect 2 stuff or RDR. But get what you think you'll get value out of.

Forget what people whine about, bottom line is the lava duel is WEAK and needs drastic editing / cutting if you want to save this movie.

Personally I prefer the idea of them being split up and Obi finding the saber and taking it, strolling off.

I'm remaking Pr1s0n3r to tidy some redundant bits and make it clearer where the player is at all times.

I saw screenies of a chiron map but didn't grab. I'll go back and see if iI can find it later.

I've  also been looking for a Guardian remake - I found one that's not bad but it just doesn't feel right.

And I've also been grabbing some pretty cool race tracks people have been making, So we'll have to try those out with a few people!

Probably a little hard to make out with those filters on but I saved the map if I bother to go in and snap a clearer shot.

Loving the Halo: Reach FORGE mode. Anyone else bothered with that yet? - I've made one map thus far - a spiritual sequel to Halo CE's 'Prisoner' MP map - which I tested out with 005 and some other peeps. Fun and LOLs were had.

They really give you a lot of creative control with this thing. Having a blast.

Yes - it's packed full of elites who unlike the brutes of halo 3

• use armour abilities effectively

Brutes in halo 3 would drop bubble sheilds then not even bother to use them.

• try to avoid your gunfire

Brutes would often stand around or charge directly at you - not even firing...

• work well in packs

they try to sneak around behind you while you're distracted.

She was taking a nap last night so I started going through the campaign on Legendary by myself to start on that achievement. Holy crap its hard. Even grunts are bullet sponges that take almost a whole clip from the Assault Rifle to bring down, but two of their shots can drop your shields before you see them. I was fortunate that you have an entire team of invincible Spartans for the first level, but the more solo levels I'm going to have a tough time with.

 

I'm willing to help you with that - though I make no promises as to the quality of the help. IIRC there's two cheevos for Legendary - one for solo and one for co-op.

I thought We'd end up doing that on the weekend but the BIG TEAM BATTLES were crazy fun.

Hope you guys weren't bleary eyed zombies the next day after all that.

Now, If you can just stop sticking me with grenades when I'm on your team, all will be sweet ;)
