Your markdown syntax can make bullet points, it says so in most of HansiG’s posts.

I would like to:

• Discuss ways to increase the diversity of the Original Trilogy forums, and not just with gender
• Discuss the issue in general

How do you plan on doing that if there’s literally no way of knowing what gender/nationality a user is, when all you have to go by is an icon and a screen name?

One of the appeals of this site for me is the tight-knit and relatively small community. I don’t think there’s any need to go out of our ways and try to get more members.

Of course they are real, but when a child is doing random shit and not doing his homework, doesn’t mean he has ADHD, which most parents immediately think.

My friend is a psychologist. He has parents come to him all the time with their kids who are failing all their classes and they want a paper about ADD or ADHD, but in reality, the kids are just lazy brats.

And this is true for 90% of people who tell you they have ADD, ADHD, OCD or some other disorder like that. And that’s bullshit, because that then just cements the idea that people with those disorders are just lazy fakers more.

Not sure about 90%, but I will say that ADHD is probably overdiagnosed. And there’s also a problem with people diagnosing themselves with something for attention. But to say that these things just straight up don’t exist is ridiculous.
