I like RotS Palpatine, but only because he’s over-the-top and silly. I find myself quoting him very often.

Good update. A lot of my problems with the menu were fixed, and I like the ability to request orders from squad leaders.
Just recently purchased both Battlefield One and Overwatch; I’m very much enjoying both. Battlefield is an absolutely beautiful game, and at times it looks better than real life. I love the environmental destruction; there’s something so cool about starting in a grassy European village, and by the end of the match it’s a muddy field littered with craters and rubble. My only issue with it is the menu/user interface, it’s absolutely atrocious. It lacks very basic functionality; it doesn’t even let you leave a game in between matches, forcing you to terminate the game via Task Manager.

I’ve been trying to change my avatar, but no matter what I do it remains John Wick on my screen. The avatar system is pretty wonky in general, I don’t like that I have to refresh to see peoples’ updated avatars, that should be done automatically. Is this just a problem on my end, or is this something with the software?
Turns out I have to clear my image cache in Google Chrome in order for new avatars to show up. Now I have to do it for everyone that changes their avatar, otherwise it doesn’t show up. Kinda lame, but at least it’s fixed.
wonderful the politics thread is locked for an hour, that will solve everything. Gotta love it, we don’t do anything about the likes of Darth Id and Dinkins, but the moment some regulars get upset at could possibly be disaster for the country the politics thread gets locked. Sometimes I can’t stand this place.
What did Dinkins ever do to you? I don’t know man, it seems like there’s definitely a select few people that get picked on, but you’re the only one that legitimately wants them banned. This is Off Topic, the appeal is that it’s not moderated very heavily.
I really hope they don’t mess with the force too much. I just want one movie without the force. It seems a little too convenient if everywhere there’s someone who can use the force, and I think it cheapens the characters who can use it.

I love the world of Star Wars more than the actual films themselves…which is why I’ll probably never hate a Star Wars film (unless they drastically drop in quality ie Holiday Special). I’m fascinated by creatures, planets, ships ect. It’s a magical universe that I was captivated by even before I’d seen any of the movies!
I agree. Even though the prequels suck as movies, I’m able appreciate the story beyond the movies. That’s why I kinda like Anakin as a character, because I see him beyond just the movies.
First they take the dinglebop, then smooth it out with a bunch of shleem. The shleem is then repurposed for later batches. They take the dinglebop and push it through the grumbo, where the fleeb is then rubbed against it. It’s important that the fleeb is rubbed, because the fleeb has all the fleeb juice. Then a shlammie shows up and he rubs it, and spits on it. They cut the fleeb. There are several hizzards in the way. The blamfs run against the trumbles, and the ploobis and grumbo are shaved away. That leaves you with a regular old plumbus.

I have no favorite film, there’s too many that I enjoy equally and differently. If I did have to think of a favorite film, I doubt it would be any of the Star Wars movies. I still love Star Wars though.
