STAR WARS: EP V "REVISITED EDITION"ADYWAN - 12GB 1080p MP4 VERSION AVAILABLE NOW

Sorry Muddy,....no burst bubbles, its just at the beginning of your debate you seem to use ROTJ insight

I never had a problem with that. I always took that line to mean that, while she WAS using Luke to try and make Han jealous, she was also testing to see if kissing Luke DID in fact feel as wrong as she thought it would. Not so much a kissing of literal siblings, but more of a "Yup, that FELT like kissing my brother". And it was only in hindsight that Leia said to herself "oh THAT'S why it felt like kissing my brother".

No problem.....

Sorry to bring up the ESB/ROTJ kiss thing again.....but its all down to how you interpret the films

Muddy's argument that the line in ROTJ is fine because he sees the kiss in ESB with the ROTJ 'Somehow I've always known' reasoning in mind,....hes filling in the gaps,.....hes using his knowledge of ROTJ when re-watching ESB which makes the line OK

I saw the films as they came out, waiting three years to find out who 'The Other' was. Leias line in ROTJ stating that somehow she always knew was a groan moment, because it threw away emotions & situations in the two better films

A similar interpretation that I sometimes get is when Ben starts to explain how Lukes father died in Star Wars. Ben pauses and shifts his eyes as though he's thinking.....here comes the lies....Sir Alec in reality is putting pain into the conversation as it hurts him to talk of his old friend who was betrayed & murdered by Bens pupil

If you read back on the posts you'll see that Bingo just says that the line would be better taken out of ROTJ to keep the character of Leia true to who she was in SW & ESB

Yeah its like two different companies,.....I work in a video production house, when we do work for customers, we constantly try and evolve & improve the quality of our work, so that the customers reinvest in us,....when we do work for ourselves like promos & things like that, we rush it and dont spend too much time on it, so that we can get back to the paid work

**RUMOR** Original theatrical cut of the OT to be released on blu ray!!
Time

On other sites & forums there are pessimists constantly pulling us optimistic movie fans down by reminding us that Fox owns the distribution rights and saying that Fox owns the two Star Wars trilogies (until 2020......and STAR WARS - or 'A New Hope'......FOREVER!!!!!) and can do whatever they want with the movies,....if Disney persuade them to release the OUT,....Fox will get all the profits, so what benifit does Disney have (apart from the added hype for Ep7)

I really dont know who actually OWNS the existing Star Wars films.....if an unaltered SW trilogy were to be released would it be Fox who would be the instigator,....possibly because Disney is getting all the attention from the new Star Wars & Fox wants a part of it?

Hmmmmm

More 'leaked' info from Badass Digest

When I told you guys about the opening of Star Wars Episode VII I told you that Han Solo wasn't flying the Falcon at the beginning of the film. I left out what his new ride was because I was worried about spoiling stuff. But now that Indierevolver has published concept art of Han wearing Imperial rank markers oops, just wearing his usual rank markers, as per Germain Lussier at Slashfilm, I feel like I can tell you:

According to my sources Han and Chewie are piloting a Super Star Destroyer. I wasn't 100% sure on this, but the image of Han with Imperial rank sells me.

I believe the Falcon is in the hands of Oscar Isaac's character, who is very much the Lando Calrissian of this movie - all the way down to wearing a cape.

There are other familiar spaceships in this movie, incuding three variations on TIE Fighters. There's the classic design, the TIE Interceptor and a new generation TIE Bomber - the pods on these are stacked, not side-by-side.

Oh, and back to Han - you will get to see him use a lightsaber once again.

....that would be a different spin

I'm not totally convinced of asymmetry in the helmet just yet. I see that the bottom seam in the concept illustration passes through the center of the respirator, and in the real-life photo, the seam either doesn't go through the respirator, or there isn't one on that side.

Just looking at the photo of the actual helmet and the way the plastic is molded, it seems to me that the respirators might be just out of sight on the "underside" of the chin area, with the seam passing above them instead of through them in the concept. Comparing the shape of the chin from concept to photo, there are definitely some shape differences, which would suggest that it was modified after the concept was completed.

I could be totally wrong, of course, but it's something to keep in mind.

The RPF had said that theres only one respirator on one side of the helmet & it's not symetrical

More leaked images??

My boss has a white Scirocco,....when I saw it this morning, it reminded me of something

Evolved from this 80's car:

I do think there would have been a revolution across the Galaxy to overthrow the Empire (we saw Palps statue toppled in the SE of Jedi)

Remember the Generals around the boardroom table on the Death Star, they all seamed secure in their power without aid of the Force, their power was the military might of the Empire,....so I don't think the Empire would have just given up after DSII, Palps & Vader's destruction at the end of the Trilogy

Perhaps its only now that the Empire has regained enough strength to take back total control that they had when Palps was around,....maybe for 30 years theres been a relaxed Galaxy.....think of Europe after The Great War & the return of Nazi Germany in the 1930's

I normally don't comment on (or give a shit about) appearances, but I am going to miss the "softness" of Princess Leia's face.

Cute!

Yeah, I know, age... but, still... :-/

Yeah, she has changed a lot, its like two different people.....

......but we have lots of new soft faces to get to know....

I know I'm probably killing the buzz but is it just me or does this actually look terrible?

Ever imagined what is on that wall in the Falcon? Turns out just some random wires that we glued to a piece of black MDF.

If I'd dressed that back part of the cockpit, I'd consider it a bad day at the office.

By the way, forgive me if this wall was actually modeled for the OT and it always looked this bad (Probably why the camera didn't dwell on it then).

Some images of the OT wall:

Personally I don't have a problem with the wiring on the wall, you'd probably get a glimpse of it in the film (or one of the films) or not at all.

I'm glad theyre giving us a fully dressed Falcon interior that can fit inside the filming prop.

.....I wonder if there'll be a shot out of the cockpit window where we can see the mandible
