i saw the movie last night with a friend and we both thought it was really good. i had already read in some magazine that Hugh Jackman was signed on for another movie, so i went in there knowing it wasn't the end. i would say i liked it just as much as X1 and X2. i watched X2 the night before to recap what was going on. but you don't even really need to know anything from the previous movies except jean dying and stuff.

I was really pissed about Rouge coming back to the school even though she 'lost' her mutant powers. like why would she be there if she wasn't a mutant anymore? and she said she did it for herself and not for bobby... i say lost because well you saw what happened to Magneto at the end. i'm only guess he will return with mystique one day. the end clip after the credits at first confused me, but then my friend pointed out that charles was teaching a class about ethics earlier and i then understood what was going on. i was sad to see that the Angel wasn't in a ton of shots, he sure was one good looking X-man.

way to go warbler! i love it when bad bosses and coworkers leave.

we had our work BBQ today and i have to say that i LOVE california kickball! who scored two home runs! that would be me, but of course i kick far into right field since i play soccer with my left leg. it was soo much fun! we had a blast and kylie and i made up all these fun hand signals.

LOS ANGELES (AP)-Despite lukewarm reviews and controversial content, the Tom Hanks religious thriller The Da Vinci Code reaped treasure at the box office this weekend, selling $232 million US worth of tickets worldwide, including $77 million domestically.

The film, from Sony Pictures, had the best opening weekend of the year so far and became the second-largest worldwide release after last year's Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith.

i LOVE how i just found the song "burn for you" originally by Kreo in the special edition (remixed version by DJ tinman and HhH) that i have been searching on the internet for 15 MONTHS. i found it last night and it has made my month. although the song doesn't mean as much to me as it once did, it's still my favorite song ever.
