I had a job in the holiday’s way, way, back printing T-Shirts.
What a shit job. But because I knew it was only for a few weeks, I didn't really care about it.

But I eventually got the sack for spraying glue into my eyes. I was so bored I made a little tube out of stickers that were lying around, and stuck them in the nozzle of the spray glue. Then for some reason I sprayed it into my eyes. Yep, I nearly went blind, and they fired me. Well, I suppose it didn't help that I kept taking the piss out of the mongs who worked there. But man, what a shit job.

That's one to save for the grandkids mate...

Yeah, they'll be so proud!

LEIA: All troop carriers will assemble at the north entrance. The heavy transport ships will leave as soon as they're loaded. Only two fighter escorts per ship. The energy shield can only be opened for a short time, so you'll have to stay very close to your transports.

HOBBIE: Two fighters against a Star Destroyer?

LEIA: The ion cannon will fire several shots to make sure that any enemy ships will be out of your flight path. When you've gotten past the energy shield, proceed directly to the rendezvous point. Understood?

PILOTS: Right. Okay.

LEIA: Good luck.

DERLIN: Okay. Everyone to your stations. Let's go!

IMPERIAL NOBODY: Sir, Rebel ships are coming into our sector.

CAPTAIN: Good. Our first catch of the day.

WOMAN CONTROLLER: Stand by, ion control....Fire!

SCI FI CHANNEL UNVEILS POWERHOUSE DEVELOPMENT SLATE

Unprecedented Commitment to Original Programming With Top Tier Creative Talent Including Jesse Alexander, Freddie Prinze Jr., Eric McCormack

NEW YORK SCI FI Channel's Mark Stern, EVP, Original Programming, announced today an aggressive slate of original scripted dramas, miniseries, alternative reality and late night series for the Channel. Already established as an industry leader with highly acclaimed and award-winning shows such as 'Battlestar Galactica,' SCI FI Channel's latest slate of high profile projects showcases top industry luminaries and offers imaginative, broad appeal entertainment.

Scripted Series

'CAPRICA'

From executive producers Ronald D. Moore and David Eick ('Battlestar Galactica'), writer Remi Aubuchon ('24') and NBC Universal Television Studio, this new series is set over a half a century before the events that play out in 'Battlestar Galactica.' The people of the Twelve Colonies are at peace and living in a society not unlike our own, but where high-technology has changed the lives of virtually everyone for the better. But a startling breakthrough in robotics is about to occur, one that will bring to life the age-old dream of marrying artificial intelligence with a mechanical body to create the first living robot - a Cylon. Following the lives of two families, the Graystones and the Adamas (the family of William Adama, who will one day become the commander of the 'Battlestar Galactica') 'Caprica' weaves corporate intrigue, techno-action and sexual politics into television's first science fiction family saga.

Sounds a pretty good idea to me!!

I've just started to watch them all again from the mini series, right up to series 2.
Thing is, I watch them in bed and fall asleep after about 20mins.
I'm only on episode 1 of series 1. It's taken about 2 weeks just to watch the pilot episodes

What a top show BSG is.

That and Prison Break are my faves at the moment. I did like Lost, but he second series seems to be going no where. Still, only 3 or 4 to go and I still keep watching.

^^ Did you know that that scene was directed by Lucas, and took something like 30 odd takes...So I believe.
No I didn't know that. Weird 'cause it's not even a great scene. I could understand if it was a Yoda scene or something.

Also, I believe the scene in Jedi where Vader takes his mask off, was also directed by Lucas.

But I'm afraid that would be too expensive, and a bit too scary to the children who break into my house at the night out of curiosity about the myth of the stuffed spining corpse at the neighborhood.

That's very funny man, very funny!

PIETT: Admiral.

OZZEL: Yes, Captain

PIETT: I think we've got something, sir. The report is only a fragment from a probe droid in the Hoth system, but it's the best lead we've had.

OZZEL:We have thousands of probe droids searching the galaxy. I want proof, not leads!

PIETT: The visuals indicate life readings.

OZZEL: It could mean anything. If we followed every lead...

PIETT: But, sir, the Hoth system is supposed to be devoid of human forms.

RIEEKAN: Princess...we have a visitor. We've picked up something outside the base in zone twelve, moving east.

REBEL DUDE: It's metal.

LEIA: Then it couldn't be one of those creatures that attacked Luke.

HAN: It could be a speeder, one of ours.

REBEL DUDE: No. Wait -- there's something very weak coming through.

3PO: Sir, I am fluent in six million forms of communication. This signal is not used by the Alliance. It could be an Imperial code.

HAN: It isn't friendly, whatever it is. Come on, Chewie, let's check it out.

RIEEKAN: Send Rouges Ten and Eleven to station three-eight.
