And screen test.
I remember when they showed a clip from Jedi which I videoed, and watched again and again. That long with any advert or the smallest clip from TV. It was only a 30min tape, but it was jammed full of all kinds of SW stuff.

Those where the good ol' days. Before the www. The days when seeing the smallest clip, or a pic in a magazine really made me a happy little boy!

Anyhow my take on it is this:

The Death Star was being constructed from the end of AOTC - when Dooku got hold of the plans and gave them to Sidious.
It was a secret build - hence the new style uniforms. This was like 'the Death Star group' if you like - along with the new type Star Destroyers and Tie Fighters. This was all part of the Emperors long-term plan to begin his Empire. He obviously knew what going to happen so put this whole operation into plan a couple of years before the events of Sith.

But, who really gives a shit. It's just a film!

Ok I think I need to clear a few things up here!

After re-reading my original post, I can understand how I may have upset TotalFruitcake. It was a little harsh. It was badly written. Fair enough.
I don't think it's the saddest thing I've ever heard. Ok..happy now?

The point I was trying to make was, that after 2 DAYS of listening to endless drivel about reaching level 60 or what armour is best to fight the big bad boss, well it just started to grate. And the real reason I started the thread was to wind up the person working next to me, a sort of "let's see if others agree with me" kind of thing.
It wasn't meant to be seen by Lord Fruitcake and the members of WoW radio, it was meant to be read by members of this forum only. I had no idea what was going to happen, but it has, and now it's turned into something completely off the point.
Again, my original post was harsh. The radio station isn't that bad, man, it can even be amusing at times. However, just put yourself in my position. You had some person working next to you and for 2 days he played Star Wars radio, where they discussed the finer details about the SW world, from the size of Padme's various clothing to the detail length of Wookie hair. After 2 days of that shit wouldn't you have enough. Probably. Man I'm a SW geek and even I couldn't stand too much of that!
However, the thing that really rattled my cage was the insults that started to get thrown round here, especially about me and my skills at being a father. That wasn't very nice and so you deserved all the flak you received thereafter.
Then came the little horde of trolls. One after one, like a bunch of lemmings, just repeating shit after shit. You give wow a bad name!

So, to sum all of this up. No it's not that bad a radio station or even that bad a website, it's all very similar to ours, it 's just the way TB and a few others reacted that was bad. To come over here and start a flame war was bad. It was on our website that I started this, not yours. It was just an opinion I had at that moment in time, no big deal.
I wasn't insulting WoW per say, I'd just had enough of listening to the pod casts for 2 days straight, which I had no choice in. I wasn't slamming your website, just what I'd had to endure for the last couple of days while at work. That's all.

I think it's time to end all of this.

What pissed me and others off here was that you came to our forum and made personal insults. C3PX was right about some of you guys being jealous here. I mean there are certain members here who suffer with girls just as much as the wow radio staff. That's not my problem. I have a missus a 2 year old son and a baby on the way, but you don't see me on the wow forum boasting about it. Man, you'd all cry if i said that shit. You'd realise what you're missing.
Play what you want, do what you want. Who cares.

You're missing my point. I think all you wow guys are missing the point. Read my first post.
I have nothing against playing online games (man, i've played enough in my time) i was just going on about having to listen to wow radio for 2 days straight. I'll admit it can be amusing at times, but when a chick comes on and talks endlessly about reaching level 30 with whatever, well i'm just amazed. Come on, it's just a bloody game.

You wow nerds are a sensitive bunch.
But do not question my ability as a father. C3PX was bang on with his statement about me having better things to do, like spending time with my son for one.
If you wow nerds took 5 mins off from playing your game or talk about playing your game, maybe you could have some sort of normal life. Instead, your pants are so wound up you resort to personal insults. Piss off and play your shit lonely game.

I'm posting this from my phone so please bare with me.
Firstly thanks to C3PX for defending me in my absense. Secondly, i could have phrased my original post a little better. It's just after 2 days of listening to the drivel of what's the best weapon and what takes more health from you in battle, i could no longer contain myself. I really don't have a problem with you guys spending all you life playing a game, i was just expressing my opinion on a star wars forum, that's all.

I'm at work right now and the guy I work with next to me is listening to - - - World of Warcraft radio - - -
It's the saddest bloody thing ever. A radio station talking about a bloody game...what to be, the best character, what to do...Oh my god!!

It's one thing to play the game that sucks all your life away, but to listen to a bunch of saddo nerds talking about the best way to play...well call me whatever you like, but Jesus this is sad beyond all sadness.

The series was ok. Didn't give me a hard on like some of you guys, but it was ok.
I watched the film straight after watching the series, and to me it seemed like they just changed all the characters, so I really didn't get into it.
Should of gave it a few weeks in between really.

As for the cover, this is the version I have, and it's quite obvious who's who!
