Make America Great Again, Except For Civil Rights would be tough to fit on a hat.
😦
The culture I’m thinking of didn’t wear baseball caps.

My grandparents already had 3 kids each by the late 60s.
Mine too.
I’ve never understood the rationale behind going overboard with audio/video equipment. I get spending a ton of money on a TV and speakers, but I don’t get spending hundreds on a blu-ray player or a thousand dollars on a turntable stylus.
Video and audio encoding varies from player to player.
No. Unless you meant “decoding”, and even then I’m doubtful unless the settings are just messed up on it.
Right.
I don’t like that at all.
My grandparents already had four children by the 1970s.

Video and audio decoding varies from player to player. Not to mention the prospect of all-regions and other formats, the quality of the upscaling algorithm, etc. etc.
My favorite culture is Americana circa the 1960s. Outside of civil rights, it all went to shit afterwards.
I tried it and no one else was there. Dating makes me uncomfortable.
I played with it myself with really awful editing software and it was pretty seamless (well, as seamless as I could get with software that wasn’t frame accurate) other than one shot. If I was able to properly crop it, it would have been better. This is where a 4K source would do wonders.
It required a bit of audio work, I had to repeat some of the troopers footsteps and insults to go over the start of her lines, maybe I’ll post what I had.
Better safe than sorry. Maybe you should watch The Days of Wine and Roses.
Thanks for all the input on that point. Sounds like 'The Fallen Knight’s option A vs. this as option B.
Also, re: the ending. I don’t really see any merit in swapping the order of scenes, especially since up to this point every film has had a final scene without any (English) dialogue.
I prefer your option B. It makes Hux seem a lot more sure of himself, reminiscent of Tarkin.
I think I’m going to have to kill my edit. My editing skills are pretty bad and it looks like most of what I want done is going to get done somewhere. Not many seem to want to remove Phasma, though.
I didn’t remove her completely, but I axed the Finn v. Phasma fight at least. It was pretty easy.
pass: fanedit
Oh gosh, that last shot would be on my cutlist too.
And if you cut the fight, might I suggest you try to cut her completely? It’s super easy to do. ^_^ You do that and yours might be the edit I go to.
Yeah, these things don’t have to built like Laserdisc players or a VCR even. I lament current players tend to look really generic and ugly these days. If you took the names off, could you tell who made it?
Sony has a distinct style, but other than that I agree.
The one player I really want is this:

That’s all you ever need.

I was surprised to see TFA airing on TNT this evening. I would think they would have promoted the heck out of it. I’m old enough to recall when it took a feature film three years to reach network tv.
Post date: 2018
TFA release: 2015

I thought you said you had black hair, not strawberry blonde.
Also, total emo.
We raised them right.
I feel this joke was in very poor taste.

Personal hygiene is important.
I’m sure I’d have had something to say about Tangled if I had seen it, either good or bad. More than Tron Legacy. All I remember is Shia LaBeouf was in it
LOLOLOL
Shit.
😦
Chances are if you’re on this site, you aren’t who I’m talking about. Most kids seem to talk more about the prequels.
I’m sure I’d have had something to say about Tangled if I had seen it, either good or bad. More than Tron Legacy. All I remember is Shia LaBeouf was in it and Jeff Bridges had a creepy CGI double, way before the technology was ready for creepy CGI doubles.
I hate young people and children. I can’t relate to them at all and little kids freak me out.
So fatherhood’s off the table?
I guess so. I’ve always thought it’s hard to command respect without being a distant Spock/Picard-like figure.

I forget, but we split into separate groups when we went to see Tron Legacy. The others went to see some other Disney thing, and I remember thinking I’d have rather watched that instead. It might have been Tangled.
Why don’t you shave?
