Ok, Hayden wasn't that good in AOTC, but Sith, well I thought he did a pretty good job of looking moody an' shit.

He didn't do much for me in either, but I've decided that he was pretty much in a no-win situation, meaning that even if the prequels were actually good some folk out there would have been disappointed in him anyway.

Lucas Did Not Think about It

I was thinking about this^ Lucas is against colorizing B&W movies, which made think since he believes he can edit reedit and reeedit Star Wars as much as he want,we could tell him that if the producers of these old B&W movies could have made the movies in color they would have, and if some were alive today they might want their movies colorised, which in relation to GL and modifying SW they too or their families can say they want the movies colorised.

There's a sadness to the irony.

I think its funny that its essentially superman3 redux. singer is continuing from superman2, but ditching 3 and 4

its the sort of thing I always wished they would do with series that go awry

The teaser was short, but I thought Brandon Routh looked a little weird in that close up of him when he's got his eyes shut, just before zooming back into Earth. And he's actually two years younger than Tom Welling, who plays the teenage Clark Kent on Smallville. Some of the other fans I've talked to think the production values of this new film look shoddy, more like a cheap to modestly budgeted WB T.V. series than a big budget blockbuster to be.

I prefer the Batman Begins approach - starting off on a whole new slate with connection whatsoever to the previous films. Seems more logical when you're trying to reach out to a new audience, especially one that may not be as overly familiar with the earlier films as Bryan Singer is. Lord knows the Superman film franchise has been in the proverbial crapper long enough (almost 20 years) that starting off on a whole new slate would be relatively easy.

Thank you!!! That's how I've been feeling for a long while now!!!
