I was watching Empire the other night and finally asked myself, after Han says "I'll see you in Hell!" after going out to find Luke in the snow "How can you have Hell in outer space?"

Oh man, the discussions I've had on that line at the IMDb!

But, I think that line was inseted just so we could relate to what he means. The people in that galaxy apparently believe that all people become opne with the force at death, except for Dark Side users, who simply cease to exist (except for Palpatine, who's spirit was basically sent into a place of eternal torture in Dark Empire). Hmm, maybe Han was referring to something like thT about the force?

And in our reality, the concept of hell seems to be similar, as in it is some sort of non-physical place.

I would imagine that people from outer space would have a different term for a Hell type environment. Oh well. At least the line wasn't altered in the special editions!

I'm surprised its even still in production. How much leftover footage from the original Japanese version could their possibly be?

Why does the idea for this movie remind me of Weird Al Yankovik's "Ghandi II"?

"Gimme a steak, medium rare!"

Which in turn reminds me of his 'Conan the Librarian'...

UHF is a brilliant cult classic. Paris Hilton, on the other hand, is a plague on humanity. Her very existence is a crime against the human race.

I can't believe Keanu Reeves' character left Lauren's character for Charlize Theron's character. Who'd leave Lauren for Charlize? I mean Charlize ain't bad looking but she can't compare to Lauren.

Behind the scenes...

MARK: Sir Alec, how can I become as distinguished an actor as you?
ALEC: Well Mark, first of all, you must treat the character of Luke as a very whiny bitch-boy. After that, you should make a really awful movie featuring a very expensive car in the title. Then, years later, you should do voice work in video games & cartoons.
MARK: Really?
ALEC: Yes Mark, if you follow my instructions, you will never fail.
MARK" Wow Sir Alec! Thanks so much for your time & advice! (Mark runs away to call his agent about Corvette Summer)
ALEC: (under his breath): What a stupid mother fu***r!

Hahahahahaha

Bond, James Bond

Being a bit of a Bond fan I am kinda looking forward to this one and seeing how well the new Bond performs, I just hope the standard is raised from World is Not Enough and Die Another Day which IMO shouldnt be too difficult, Bronson in my opinion was wasted as Bond as apart from Goldeneye has wasnt given enough good material to work with and would have like to see him given another go with decent material.

As for Adams question my favourite Bond film is From Russia with Love, and the best Bond IMO was definatly Sean Connery though I felt Dalton was an underated Bond,I really like the majority of the Bond films though some of the worser ones IMO were definatly in the Roger Moore era like Moonraker, A View to a Klll and Octopussy.

Yeah, Brosnon was a capable Bond trapped in below par Bond films that just sort of coasted on his ability to do the Bond schtick but without giving a solid plot. GoldenEye rocked though; too bad they couldn't all hold up as well.
