SAW
Time
Had a gang fight break out outside my theatre on Halloween. Both sides were going to see Saw, but caused such a ruckus that they got booted out. Ended in a couple of stabbings outside the theatre. I'll give more details when I know more.

As for the film, not my cuppa. Saw the scene where Cary Elwes actually starts to saw through his leg and went, "uh... no."

I REALL DUG THE "BRADY BUNCH" MAIN MENU. THIS DVD IS FULL OF EXTRAS INCLUDING FAR, FAR AWAY IDOL WHICH IS AMUSING. PEOPLE CAN EVEN GO ONLINE AND VOTE FOR THEIR FAVORITE FFA IDOL. THERE ARE SOME REALLY COOL PRINTABLES FROM FFA IDOL FOR THE KIDS AS WELL. THE ONE THING THAT I DIDN'T LIKE THOUGH IS THAT IT SEEMED LIKE THIS WAS A BIG COMMERCIAL FOR AMERICAN IDOL. SOUND AND PICTURE QUALITY ARE GREAT. SURROUND SOUND ISN'T NECESSARY FOR THIS MOVIE, BUT IF YOU HAVE IT GO FOR IT. I WAS ALSO DIAPPOINTED THAT IT WAS ONLY A SINGLE DVD INSTEAD OF THE PREVIOUS 2-DISC SET THAT WE GOT FOR THE FIRST SHREK. ALL-IN-ALL THIS WAS A GREAT DVD.

THIS IS A BUY.

I'm guessing that the reason it's a single disc is because DreamWorks is releasing separate widescreen and puke-and-scam versions. The double disc, while great, is largely a double disc because it contains both versions and split the special features over the 2 discs.
