As I see it, this restoration represents a simpler time, back when I'd sit down at my grandparents' house with a pack o' Butterkist and watch the original movie on my VHS tape... although that was the 1981 version, it's probably a little different... but still, it's as enchanting as I remember it! This is the version we've all been waiting for, I think!

Actually, I kind of doubt Disney will re-release the GOUT. As I see it, they can be pretty stubborn. Besides, they probably think we're doing alright for ourselves anyway.

Looking at this, I'm thinking - Darth Vader shouting "No... not into the pit! It BURNS!!!" as he picks Palpatine up and hurls him into the Death Star's reactor shaft..... the two no's sound similar.....

Hi there!

Where can I get my hands on the PAL version of this fan-edit? I've been having trouble finding it; all the torrent sites are blocked (at least for me). Also is there a PAL version of the Purist edition too?
