I truly love my laserdisc collection. I have over 60 titles (not including multiple disks in sets for T.V. shows such as Space 1999), and I will have to be selling or giving them away very soon.  I'm moving to Hawaii, and there is no way I can take them with me.  Most of my disks are the titles that have been discussed on these forums. The ones that have special extras not found on DVD or they have PCM and AC3 soundtracks that I was keeping for preservation reasons.  I will truly miss these disks.

"Captain America: The First Avenger"

 

Not as good as I had hoped.  The first 3rd of the film was the best part.

I did like the actor who played Rogers a lot more in this then I had in Fantastic Four.  Tommy Lee Jones was well cast as well. The music was forgettable. The CGI was very not to good ether.

"Superman Returns" 

 

This was a mixed bag for me. I like the Donner connection, but did not like the look of The Daily Planet. Brandon Routh was not bad, and I think Spacey was good too. The rest of the cast was forgettable.  I disliked the casting of Lois most of all. Sure, It was a better film then Superman 3 & 4, but still missed the mark in my opinion.  It did not have the charm, rhythm or comic timing of Donner's Superman work.  Also, I think cutting the return to Krypton scene was a huge mistake.
