At the end of the day, non of those sounds could've come from Alec Guinness, so the original is best. I don't question how he made the sound.

In a universe of lightsabers, space ships the size of moons, and the force, a man making a noise like that is possible through a device or the force.

The sound on the Blu Ray, in my opinion, further proves that George Lucas wants to screw with us. It's almost like he's cramming in shit, because he knows it will rattle our cage, and the fanboys will lap it up like a kitten on a tit.

I've read about protein being beneficial to the eyes. There is protein in the eyes, so I guess there are some factors.

Meat isn't bad, just don't neglect your grains, fruits, and veggies. I would also recommend a good multivitamin.

I usually go for a good jog, but the cold weather has made that impossible. Right now I do more lifting than usual, I've kind of got addicted to it. Something about giving the muscles a good burn that completes my day.

I need some equipment. After school's over I need to join a gym. At least to use a treadmill, as I don't have one.

I really wish I had a place to swim, but there aren't many places where I'm at. Most places want a year membership, which is a waste of money as little time as I have to swim. Swimming is the absolute greatest workout known to man.

This is a little place to talk about how you work to stay in shape, or at least healthy.

Over the past year I've become quite addicted to exercise. Too many people in this country seem to think if they eat a salad, they are going to magically lose weight. I was one of those people, and I was fat for half of my life. When I turned 20, I decided that was going to be my last fat year. I've dropped a lot of weight. I've gone down 3 pant sizes. Went from an XL to a M, and I've gotten some good comments from my doctor, something I've never gotten before.

I still have more to lose, but at least now I have the confidence in my abilities to make it. 

What do you do to stay healthy? How much do you run a day? What do you eat? Say anything, hell even talk about how you want to get healthy.

I just figured it would be neat to share advice to make for an easier road.

After seeing what guys like Harmy, Ady, and Dark have been able to do, I don't doubt the skills around here. One thing about this site, everybody is willing to help. Nobody is in competition here. We are all trying to make the best preservation of Star Wars possible. Everybody is combining their skills. It's a just a matter of time before we have an even better preservation. People want the original Star Wars, and people will do anything to get it.

Yeah, I have a winter break from school coming up that will allow plenty of time.

I love everything you've done here. You managed to change things, yet keep the integrity of the original material. Couldn't find a thing that I would change.

Sorry I don't pop in very often guys. I kind of got burnt out on Star Wars, been busy at school, and I've been dealing with other things. I'm not completely gone, but I'm taking a break. It's good for once not checking in every hour to see what somebody says.

I'll come back on in full force eventually, I'm just sorting some things out.

They are close to being done. I've taken a hiatus from cover making for a while. School and the holidays have made getting around to doing the covers a hard task. I've got a break coming up, I'll try and work on them then. I started these covers before school, so I've heaped up a lot on my plate since then.

I plan on doing something with those after I'm done with this. The covers are all essentially done, I'm just working out the kinks with the box.

I'm really OCD about this. Trying to get it perfect. I'm taking a day off tomorrow so I can focus on them. I didn't feel like working on them today, because I was dog tired after school.

Sorry again, I've got to make more adjustments. They aren't turning out the way I want them.

I know I said they'd be done during the weekend, well they are. I'm just doing quality control over them. Hopefully I can get them out tomorrow after school.

Read that there will be a Canadian Ocean Dub of Dragon Ball Z Kai. Hope it doesn't get cancelled like it did here.
